    Still getting most of my miles on the bike. I was able to ride to my closer office yesterday (All slow neighborhood roads and bike path except for about 100 yards on a busier road where I wait for long breaks in the traffic). I also had a funny incident that proves why I need to be careful where I ride. I was at a stop sign waiting for a gap in the cross traffic when I lost my balance. No reason, just lost my balance and did one of those slow motion falls into the grass. :o Nothing injured except my dignity. :D

    Added 6 miles for an August total of 82.75 miles. Slowly getting back towards the green.

    @Tazzythatsme Hey, 2 miles a day IS success for you right now. Congratulations on accomplishing that.

    @anaconda469 Glad to see you moving again, but I agree with leanz, don't rush it.

    Aug. 23: My ankle survived my run but my inside heel pain came back with a vengeance. I am going to bite the bullet and see my podiatrist. It is not the plantar fascia but something else although it feels like a heel spur only on the side. Any how, I have a 10K coming up the end of Sept. and a 10 miler the first of November. Hopefully I can train for both.

    I have 13.5 miles today of cycling 10 and walking 3.5 and if it is okay with Anaconda, I would like to donate them to her.

    Walked w/DH and Bean yesterday and today. We spent part of each day w/DDD, SIL and Ronan Nicholas at the hospital and then the other part here at home w/Bean. We had a blanket the kids used to wrap Ronan and put it on Bean's bed. He slept with his head on it all night last night. Bean met Ronan this afternoon and was very excited. It was pretty darn cute!

    23rd - 1.91 m swimming!! Very slowly!! MTD 48.02

    I'm currently in Nova Scotia. Just getting over the time lag - Monday had a lot of extra hours in it, airport security and dashes to make connections. I didn't see too much of Toronto airport!!
