    I can't even believe I made my step goal yesterday. But I did!

    Plank - yes
    Steps - 5200 (better than yesterday but not much)
    Food variety - made lime & garlic butter chicken breast for dinner.

    Even though it is half way through the month, I am going to set a step up goal to match my new macros/foodplan.

    Do Pool aqua excercise 3x week
    get min of 5k steps 5 days a week

    Excellent @bjmcq ! The world can debate all it wants about which "diets" are "best" but I've never read anything disputing the idea that at least 30 minutes of some sort of daily exercise is beneficial.
