I believe I do 'have this'. It's getting easier every day.

I emailed my son your success story a couple months ago and didn't ask if he read it because I didn't want him to feel like I was pusing him to lose weight. This last month he's commented several times about how I'm looking thinner.

Yesterday he told me he read the email and had some questions about the program. After we talked he told me he was beginning OMAD today! He said if I can lose on this program after all the times I've tried to lose weight then he knew he could lose weight on the program too.

I'm so excited for him because I know this will change his life as it has for me.

    10/15/16 - 201.4
    10/22/16 - 200.2

I lost 1.2 pounds this week! I'm happy even though I was hoping to weigh under 200 pounds. I'm letting my body do it's thing and not pushing it. I know I'll get there and since I'm a pretty patient person, I'll take it a week at a time. After losing 31.4 pounds so far I have no complaints about this wonderful program.

This is my lifestyle now and I know one day, in the not too distant future, I'll reach my goal weight. I don't put pressure on myself because I know it's just a matter of time until I get there and I refuse to play mind games with myself like I've done on past diets that didn't work for me.

OMAD is the only program that has given me the results I've been looking for and makes my life so much easier. I feel in control for the first time in a long time and it's a very healthy feeling. I'm looking forward to another great week and I'm glad there are 'newbies' joining our journey.

    All the best to everyone.

    Blessings....

When I began my program I measured my neck, bust, waist, and hips. After 16 weeks, I measured again and have lost 16-1/2" in these four areas. I can see why I went down two sizes in clothes. :o

    Neck - Lost 1-1/2"
    Bust - Lost 5-1/2"
    Waist - Lost 5"
    Hips - Lost 4-1/2"

It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. It's what we do consistently.

People who fail focus on what they will have to go through; people who succeed focus on what it will feel like at the end.

I just LOVE and APPRECIATE all of these quotes...they are like fresh air and a cold drink of good ole water to/for me. What resounds strongly with me are these:

It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. It's what we do consistently.

People who fail focus on what they will have to go through; people who succeed focus on what it will feel like at the end.

I haven't seen my hair stylist for six weeks. When I walked in the shop tonight she asked me if I was doing something different to my hair. I said no and she kept staring at me with a puzzled expression on her face and then said, 'Oh, my goodness, you have lost a lot of weight and your face is a lot thinner and I thought it was your hair.' She told me I looked younger, which thrilled me to pieces. Her reaction was priceless.

She's been a friend of mine for 15 years + and I told her about OMAD and she's going to check it out since she want to lose a few pounds. She never heard of OMAD and totally agrees that people eat too much food throughout the day. Another believer...now on to my next one.

The weeks are flying by and I'm happy to report I'm below 200 pounds !!! I've reached my first mini goal and I'm 1/3 of the way to my ultimate goal.

    October 22 - 200.2 pounds
    October 29 - 198.0 pounds

I lost 2.2 pounds this week for a total loss of 33.6 pounds.

I'm still loving the program and still have a few hunger pains now and again. I've come to believe that it just goes with the territory.

I still have trouble drinking a vinegar mixture to the point it makes me nauseous. I watched a video by Dr. Eric Berg last night about vinegar. He suggested a small glass of water, 2 teaspoons of Bragg's vinegar, 1 tablespoons of Cranberry juice made from only cranberries and if you want it a little spicy, add some ginger. I believe this is the very same vinegar drink Joe shows us in his video.

The doctor also mentioned a couple things; if you've tried to drink a vinegar mixture and can't seem to tolerate it, it may be that your body may not need it, and if you crave it then your body needs it. I'm not sure how true this is but found it interesting. I'll keep experimenting and see if that's the case.

    Have a great weekend!
