Monday- RED=Raspberries, Chicken Burrito (all the fixens=Multi colors) White= Yogurt and cheese
Tuesday- RED = Raspberries, GREEN=Egg Roll (veggie) WHITE= Yogurt and cheese
Wednesday- BLUE/PURPLE= Blueberries GREEN=Pickles BROWN=whole wheat bread and pasta RED= cran-pomegranate juice

Tues - Mushrooms - tan/brown, Peas - green, Carrots - yellow/orange
Weds - Red onion - red, Banana - yellow/white?, Plums - blue/purple
Thurs - Banana - yellow/white, Carrots - yellow/orange, Potato - tan/brown
Fri - Peppers - green, Tomato - red, Black Olives - blue/purple
I have added a third in case any are not allowed. Quite a challenge for me as I don't like many veggies !2 -

I really enjoyed this challenge! I am quite the veggie and fruit eater. I tried a couple new recipes and will be using them again. My husband is my guinea pig and he thought the chicken cabbage stir fry was delicious.
Monday - banana, grapes, carrots, tomatoes
Tuesday - apple, carrots, spinach, jalapeno, yellow peppers, lettuce, green peppers, onions
Wednesday - pear, blackberries, cabbage, red peppers, mushrooms, green onions
Thursday - banana, grapes, blackberries, apple
Friday - apple, orange, delicious Subway sandwich with every veggie available. My husband teases me that you can't even taste the meat, but that's the way I like it.

WARNING!
We are doing a great job of posting our colorful foods but I just got a message from the challenge leaders that we are not doing it quite right.
"List each day (1-5) along with the foods that you ate, and their corresponding colors. (Days do not have to be consecutive).
Remember, you must consume a minimum of 2 colors per day. At least 5 different colors must be used over the span of the five days."
I was told we have one person who did it right but the others of us need to add the corresponding colors (I'm included in the "doing it wrong Club )
Let's fix it and claim our points!2 -
