I have been eating 2-3 colors a day, have done 2 videos with weights and the jump roping 2 x for a total of 20 minutes I have 1 day left to do on those and more colors for the rest of the week but I am staying on track. I need to try and get more minutes but tomorrow is another day. Night everyone1

So it is mid week and everybody has the doldrums. It is time to PUSH THROUGH IT and do some more for yourself and the team! Of course in @hawkins410 case her motto is

I'm gonna finish up the jumping is morning (with some alternatives thrown in there), doing well on the colors and I may go to the driving range for some more minutes. I'm hating that the course is closed! I tried to get some friends to go on another field trip but everybody is busy.
I've got to figure out how to count Saturday. We are going up to Gainesville for the football game. We will be parking several blocks away from our sons fraternity house then walking the rest of the day. Tailgating, the game, and walking back and forth to and from everywhere but I won't have time for an official workout. So I'm thinking I count the walks everywhere and if there's any dancing involved I will count that time but otherwise there's gonna be low minutes. Jumping up to yell at the ref or if they score?! That should get my heart rate up lol!2 -

Not saying yay or nay on cheering minutes but during the Indian playoff games at the stadium I notice my fitbit picked up wild cheering and clapping!2 -
Jumping DONE! Off to update the sheet. Glad we are there, I'm gonna get my suit, mask and snorkel and hit the water. Who's up to be my dive buddy later?!?! Can't drink til I'm done diving3

Sorry about yesterday guys. I didn't get any miles in yesterday. Things are just so crazy at work. I'm trying to get extra work done so my 2nd in command when I'm gone next week won't hate me when I get back the following week. So I took a short lunch and didn't get my walk in. Then when I got home I met with our animal sitter, which lasted about 5hrs. So much to tell her and show her and so much to catch up on since the last time we saw her. But I feel very comfortable that all my babies will be well taken care of. So the only one I have to worry about is the eldest dog Tamika. But we have everything in place with the vet incase she has to be seen while we are gone, and the sitter will keep us up to date if she sees anything unusual. As long as nothing happens on Friday we can always make an emegency trip home or leave earlier than planned if need be.
I took a half day of vacation today to tie up some loose ends. But first thing I did was finish up my Roo Jumping @MissionEnforcer.
Tomorrow I will post all the colors of the calories for 5 days to complete all the challenges.
If I seem absent in the next few days its just because I'm very busy.
But on a good note I'm getting in my last 5K walk on Saturday So I'll get my numbers up then.

Eating colors... I'm doing well.
Have 4 minutes in on the jump rope. I remember it killing me last time and this time isn't much easier. Although I do have the MOVES(if I say so myself).
On the Withings scale, for the first time ever, it rated my fitness as OPTIMAL.
I figure its from trying to keep up to all you ladies. Quite a workout for a guy.
Looks like everyone is doing well. Excellent to see.
Long weekend this weekend... will try to hang on to good habits.

Not much to report today, work is getting the best of me this week. I only did a 20 minute dog walk this morning and then after work I did 2 minutes jumping rope (hard!) and did the arm workout without weights. Once again, I intended to go out to run but ran late and didn't get it done. I ate several colors of the rainbow again today though, so at least that part of the week's challenge is going well.
I really want to get on top of things with work tomorrow so I'm not so stressed, and hopefully have a lot of minutes this weekend and finish up the challenges. Good job everyone else on the team for getting to our destination and being in first place right now.1 -

No, @aenglehardt347, I don't teach Zumba. I have my Zumba Instructor Lisence, but I am not coordinated enough to use it! Maybe after I retire, I can teach at a Senior Center. For now I just dance at home with DVDs before and after work.
On another note team, I am not feeling too well. I hope it goes away by morning and is not something worse coming on. I hope y'all will excuse me if my numbers take a drop. With this short leg, every minute counts!

@TamiJo1004 -pretty sure you can log it as as soon as you have 5 days of eating two colors a day. I know I plan to log it as soon as lunch is over.

Team, I went out for my morning run but I'm not feeling very well today. I'm not surprised with all the stress of the week and the germs going around that I would be coming down with something. My lymph nodes are all swollen in my neck which is often my first sign that I'm going down, so I'm going to stay home and try to fight it off today with hot tea and honey, and working from my couch.
Hopefully I'll still be able to get to my challenges by the end of the weekend! I will do my very best.1 -

@mamaelf2008 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday all brought me wine
So technically I'm off from work today, but spending the rest of the afternoon working on all the stuff (mostly paperwork) that I just can't get done during the school week or during a regular weekend. I also stayed late at work yesterday afternoon to get a head start. I lifted this morning (arms and shoulders) and went for a run. 4 miles It was uncomfortable, but not really painful. All three challenges are done; I just need to update the spreadsheet.
