Thanks all! I'll be okay, just a cold moving it's way through I think. The hot tea is helping, as is snuggling with Stella on the couch.
@hawkins410 hope you are feeling better!
I did 50 minutes of dog walking (an unwalked dog waits for no one) so I added that, and now back to the couch.

@MissionEnforcer
Hi Team!
Sorry I havn't update much the past couple of days. My computer has been acting up, but managed to get on now. I've completed all the challenges The jump roping was a lot of fun, and a threw in a little hopscotch too just as my students were playing a recess, so I gave it a go with them. My arms are also definitely a little soar from those arm workouts. Arm workouts are one of the ones I tend to do the least often, so it was nice to have that as a challenge this week.
Here is my list of colorful food for the week:
Monday: Green lettuce/Red Apple
Tuesday: Yellow squash soup/green spinach
Wednesday: Orange Yams/ green apple
Thursday: Blueberry and strawberry smoothie/ spinach
Friday: Purple grapes/ green beans and carrots.
Green is way more common in my food choices than anything else.
Have a great weekend all and keep up the great work!1 -
Monday- Apple (red), Orange juice (yellow)
Tuesday-Banana (yellow-green), Hemp hearts (brownish tan)
Wednesday-Broccoli (green), Onions (green/white)
Thursday-Carrots (Orange), grapes (red/purple)
Friday-Strawberry (Red and Blueberry (Blue) yogurt parfait.
Also Spring salad mix (green white), black beans, Chia seeds, mushrooms, tomato pasta, romaine lettuce. My diet is pretty boring and predictable. I like it that way, takes the guess work out of it since I'm always in a hurry. lol2 -
G'day Mates! Is this hotel satisfactory for our last night in Australia?
I seem to have shaken off whatever was ailing me (I can't believe I had to take a zero!), so I'm back and ready to work my booty off.2 -

Ugh! I'm here, don't know if I'm coming or going this week, I think I've put 2000 miles on my car since last Sunday - all for work. This week's challenges were good for me since I didn't have much time to get to the gym. @MissionEnforcer The arm videos done (ouch! I'm so weak), 30 minutes of the non-jumping jumprope stuff (my knees thank you for the alternative!) And five days of colors; Monday: green peas red peppers; Tuesday: Yellow spaghetti squash, orange carrots; Wednesday: Red apple, purple cabbage; Thursday: Green lettuce, red tomato; Friday: Orange sweet potato; green peas.
Laundry, housekeeping, and a trip to the western part of the state for dinner tonight. Maybe a little rest tomorrow.2 -
@hawkins410 - I can't see the picture! Did the link get broken? Glad you are feeling better.
I'm doing better too. I felt up to doing my long run with the group this morning. It was chilly out there. Kind of cleared out my head and lungs a bit. It was a nice slow pace while chit-chatting, for total of 95 minutes. Then I had to take Stella out for 35 minutes, as she was pretty outraged that I went out without her this morning.
So now I'm tired and ready for some downtime. I will come back this afternoon to work on the challenges.2 -
@katharmonic That's impressive start to the day! You go girl!1

Another 5K in the books! Sorry guys been major busy with getting stuff ready for the wedding next week. I won't be in much cuz I have a feeling I will be consumed with either work or wedding stuff.
I got my challenges done this week. Not sure what next week will bring for me with the challenges. Hoping it's easy challenges!!!3 -
Great Job everybody. So we are going into the last day crunch!! Please finish your challenges and post them!2
-
Got a bunch of walking in-both walking the dog before we left then back and forth to the stadium from our very far away parking place! Had fun but boy-the food!! Now it's time to sit in the car and drive home. Hoping traffic isn't an issue.1

Whew! I finished the jumping challenge - barely. I think I would have done better with an actual jump rope than my 30 foot dog leash wadded up. It was lovely outside so I did this on my patio. I ended up alternating between jump roping and hop scotching and some of the roo alternatives in that video until I finished my time. Second arm video also - so I just need to do the last one tomorrow. And then another 50 minute dog walk so that Stella would be properly tired out. I know I am! I think this is my biggest minute total for the challenge so far!
I feel pretty okay, better than yesterday, but now that I am winding down I feel the cold symptoms more again. Another dose of hot tea and honey and then some Nyquil overnight and I'll hopefully be good. I will take it a bit easier tomorrow.
Maybe we'll go to Antarctica next! Even further down under.3 -
@MissionEnforcer finished my rainbow of colors
Monday - apple, lettuce, onion, tomato
Tuesday - tangerine, potato, green beans, carrots, peas, raw almonds? & raisins with cranberries (that should cover brown)

Friday - lettuce, tomato, broccoli, red onion, green pepper, yellow pepper, melon, grapes red and purple, green beans, strawberries0 -
Skipping has got to be the toughest challenge for me. 23 minutes done... tough go.
I too cannot see the hotel. Bummer.2 -
Hopefully this works better!
Great job @mamaelf2008 on another 5K!
@aenglehardt347, you need to list your colors for your foods or you won't get credit!
@katharmonic: Glad you are feeling better! Jumping with your dog leash is pretty impressive!
Team Five has a lot of players who haven't reported in yet, so let's make tomorrow really count!
GO TEAM!3
