    Hey, two posts in the same week. Maybe I'm back. B) So, after two more days of work schedules that have me leaving the house before dawn and getting home well after dark, I've added a whole 2.25 miles. :) Part of me is frustrated, but the fact I managed that much is frankly amazing. It's all from pacing around the offices between teaching assignments or, for one glorious moment, walking outside in the shopping center parking lot.

    I shouldn't jinx myself, but I may have enough of a break today to get a real walk in. Here's hoping.

    Couch to 5k, week 6 day 2 yesterday for a total of 3.2 miles

    @k80flec This is my 2nd time to do c25k. I think it's harder this time because I remember where I was last year and see how far I have to go to get back there. (Stupid shoulder surgeries! :| )

    @Just_Ceci - me too with theC25k ....using it to get back after an injury. I've felt frustrated - especially when the voice in my ear says 'walk' and I feel I'm just getting into my stride

    16th: 1.86 miles, 1 m purposeful walking, 0.86 treadmill, strength training and Pilates - MTD 41.11
    17th: 2.51 miles a mixture of speed and hill training along the Prom. - MTD 43.62

    The treadmill is short a blanket @Dave

    Adding another 25 miles for 174 out of 250. Yes, I just upped my goal again. Seems like 14 days and 25 miles was going to be too easy. The snow is falling though so the road bike will be stabled and the Fat Tire put in to service. :smile:

    Adding 8 miles on the Fat Tire. That makes 182 out of 250. 32 degrees and trying to snow. I'm getting excited. :smile:

    You will get back there again. Temporary inconveniences. I have been sidelined with heel issues since September. and went from 10 to 13 mile runs to nil. But it will come back again when I am healed, and it will for you too. Hang in there girl.

    @SUFFERLANDRIAN - You get any snow yet? I know you're itching to play in it with the fat tire! We're threatening to get a couple inches here in Minneapolis today. Depends which side of the city you live on how much though. So far I'm on the safe side. :smiley:

    67.57 total miles out of 200. The ticker is not working again. I'm not sure what's going on.

    I am finally feeling better with my cold.

    I walked for 90 min outside on what will probably be the last warm day until next March or April, so I took advantage of it. I think it's going to be gym time for me for a while.

    Late leaf drop here. My oaks ain't given up them leaves. Our municipality vacs them if we rake them into the street and we can get leaf compost when they finally break down. They stop collecting next week and most of my neighbors and I still have leaves. I may have to do the leaf dance instead of snow dance to get them to drop. And we have snow coming Sunday but I am like you Dave, on the safe side of the mountain.

    Dave, you missed my last post. I left out a decimal point...lol.
    Nov. 18: 13.25 miles and I did it without a fat tire bike, but darn, I may have to go get me one. Some running and a lot of turkey tail games today and kids pulling mine out.
