    I messed my hand up on the weekend, which messes with my ability to spin for sure, and maybe run. Going to start with a 60 mile goal. Thanks, and all the best everyone.

    A 3.3 mile walk today. Went to spin last night, so got pretty good mileage, even though it was uncomfy. MTD - 33.3/60

    Happy Veteran's Day to all of those who have served our nation. My kids and school had a breakfast and program for all our school children's veterans. It was so heartwarming. Two WWII vets there, both 93 yrs of age. My dad being one of them). So wonderful for him to talk to other marines that have served in Nam and Iraq and sharing boot camp stories.

    Nov. 11: 9.5 miles of walking and some running in the gym....Pacer testing with kids.

    Starting with 13 miles out of 150.

    Weather is not cooperating for Fat Tire bikes. Got on the road bike instead. Adding 23 miles for 36 out of 150.

    6 miles on the fat tire today. :smile: That makes 42 out of 150.

    adding 33 miles for 75 out of 150. Sorry. No photos today. Just nice sunny weather with snow capped peaks in the distance framed with steel blue skies. Forgot to take time to get a photos. You guys have seen it all before. Just another day sunny day in Kalispell. :smile:

    After driving for 23 hours of the last 2 days I have arrived at my home in Florida with my husband and 2 dogs. Tired but happy to be home. Sorry no miles but those in the car.

    Friday after work I ran week 5 day 3 of couch to 5k for a total of 3 miles. Saturday morning, ran (ish) a 5k with my Girls on the Run group (3.43 miles). After the GOTR event, I stopped at the gym to get my shoulder PT out of the way and ended up getting in an hour on the stationary bike for 15.27 miles.

    This week I have been getting off the train a stop early and walking the rest of the way home - tired...but happy!
