    @trkyvic0327 I love the screaming calorie idea. I am going to try picturing little screams from my body as I am exercising today. That would be kind of disturbing at the same time. Could you just imagine being at the gym and everyone’s body is screaming?

    @grandmajackie I am sure you found an awesome way to get your minutes in. You always do such a great job. How are you enjoying the hubby being unretired?

    @rachelerik I had the same problem when I did the video too. I have book marked the page and want to try and do it 5 times a week for a month or two. This should help with my roller skating too. Great job working on the stairs.

    @lennoncpa You are doing a fantastic job, I bet you show your kids up. I had forgotten what a burpee was. No way can I do one of them right now.

If you aren’t continuing the race with us please let me know so I can find a replacement. If you are let me know as well, so I don’t accidentally replace you.

    Yesterday, I had a pretty darn good day. I got my minutes in, went to go do stairs yesterday at lunch, it was way too windy, so I opted to run in the warehouse (No stairs in there) will have to work on stairs either today or tomorrow. Was under my calories for day 2 of 5, and I did the video once. If anyone could have seen me they would have laughed at how wobbly I am.

    Keep doing such a fantastic job! Remember 0’s if you have no time, get those challenges marked and have a happy, healthy and great day!

    So, I totally didn't mean to post that update so many times! Lol! :lol: sorry about that! I thought it wasn't going through and didn't see the "your post will appear after being approved" after the 5th time! I just assumed MFP was being glitchy and deleting my post on me, because it has done that to me before. :blush:

    @TrkyVic0327 Believe it or not I have never watched Doctor Who, but those guys are adorable. If they were screaming it would break my heart or drive me insane.

    @jdelaroy So, it's a good episode. The people take this "magic" weight loss pill that takes the weight off overnight. But, really it turns your fat into those little guys and they walk right off your body! It's creepy and cute at the same time!

    I completed the stairs today as well! My 9 year old daughter has been intrigued by the steps challenge and started timing me, taking pictures, and videos of me climbing up and down the steps in our house! Lol! I tried to get her to do them with me, but she was only interested in watching! :lol: Kids are so funny sometimes!

    I added up my first and last name. I am going on strike! I can hardly do any of these things. If I was to do it this is what I would have to do:

    25 Crunches (What abdominal muscles?)
    5 minutes wall sit (Might be able to do this.)
    160 Jumping Jacks. ( bad knees and black eyes, sounds fun.)
    35 Burpees (Have no idea how to do one, but sounds painful)
    45 Push ups. ( I can maybe do girly ones, in increments of 2-3)

    I sound kind of whiny, mostly I am still just out of shape.

    Honey, with my first and last name it's 17 letters. So there's NOOO I would be able to do it! Some of my strength I do modified like burpees, push-ups, jumping jacks (I can't jump my knees too)

    But on the bright side, I'm in a lot better shape then, I was when I first started my journey.

    I definitely modified the burpees, but I was proud that I was able to do all the jumping jacks full out. I also took them 10 at a time, I'd do ten and then walk around to let my heart rate go back down. I also did not repeat it at all, and only use my nickname and not my full first name. It was a good workout, got my heart rate pumping, but I could see how this workout could really be a killer for those with really long first and last names! :smiley:

    I use a step stool to modify my burpees usually, but I used my couch this morning. Here's a good video for mods to burpees (and mountain climbers). And the dog is super cute too! :smile:

    Todays work out.. washing, drying and vacuuming my truck! 82 mins I am a happy camper.

    I didn't get to the other 1/2 of the FB video .. and update the team spreadsheet..tomorrow..for sure x
