I plan on getting the last 1/2 of the FB video done today and working to make my truck sparkle in and out.

@jdelaroy So, it's a good episode. The people take this "magic" weight loss pill that takes the weight off overnight. But, really it turns your fat into those little guys and they walk right off your body! It's creepy and cute at the same time!

I completed the stairs today as well! My 9 year old daughter has been intrigued by the steps challenge and started timing me, taking pictures, and videos of me climbing up and down the steps in our house! Lol! I tried to get her to do them with me, but she was only interested in watching!
Kids are so funny sometimes!

I added up my first and last name. I am going on strike! I can hardly do any of these things. If I was to do it this is what I would have to do:
25 Crunches (What abdominal muscles?)
5 minutes wall sit (Might be able to do this.)
160 Jumping Jacks. ( bad knees and black eyes, sounds fun.)
35 Burpees (Have no idea how to do one, but sounds painful)
45 Push ups. ( I can maybe do girly ones, in increments of 2-3)
I sound kind of whiny, mostly I am still just out of shape.1 -

Honey, with my first and last name it's 17 letters. So there's NOOO I would be able to do it! Some of my strength I do modified like burpees, push-ups, jumping jacks (I can't jump my knees too)
But on the bright side, I'm in a lot better shape then, I was when I first started my journey.

I definitely modified the burpees, but I was proud that I was able to do all the jumping jacks full out. I also took them 10 at a time, I'd do ten and then walk around to let my heart rate go back down. I also did not repeat it at all, and only use my nickname and not my full first name. It was a good workout, got my heart rate pumping, but I could see how this workout could really be a killer for those with really long first and last names!1

I use a step stool to modify my burpees usually, but I used my couch this morning. Here's a good video for mods to burpees (and mountain climbers). And the dog is super cute too!

Todays work out.. washing, drying and vacuuming my truck! 82 mins I am a happy camper.
I didn't get to the other 1/2 of the FB video .. and update the team spreadsheet..tomorrow..for sure x1 -
