With the help of kind stranger my DH and I were able to get the spare on . We are thankful to be home safe and sound!! There is never a good place to get a flat.. pretty scary.

I am going to max out points tonight hopefully. The spreadsheet has been weird lately for me. Sometimes not showing the correct total of my exercise minutes, even though they are in fact all there so far. So, I'm hoping on Sunday night everything is showing up correctly. I am trying to max out points for another challenge, so going to do another hour and a half tonight before bed. Thankful for yoga! Hope your Friday has been awesome!

I finished the foot massage today. I did the first video yesterday twice, and just finished the rest today for both feet. It does feel relaxing, but wonder if there is any scientific proof of its main principle.

I have a question please. I walked on the treadmill for 52 minutes. Then walked with the kids to the park and spent about an hour there. Do I count the time spent in the park as exercise minutes? I usually don't sit on a bench there and stay on my feet helping the kids and taking care of them.

Hopefully tomorrow I will do the kickboxing video.

    Good night everyone

I would definitely since you not sitting, it's part of exercising. When I take my grandkids to the park, I'm chasing them, so I count those minutes!

I agree! Definitely count it! It is an exercise to play with kids. They keep us active and give us a workout.

Weather was 67 degrees today so I got to go for a walk in the park. This is Michigan so being 67 in February is extremely rare. The park was jam packed with happy Michigan people!!!

I tried a pizza called the shotzy. It was yucky. It has mustard sauce and sauerkraut. I don't like mustard but because of this challenge I tried a bite.

@gawworthington pizza with sauerkraut and mustard does sound pretty bad... you are a brave woman for trying it for the team!! Looked it up online.. and it's really hard to believe it's their 3rd most popular pie!!!

I tried water chestnuts in my stir fry. I still can't get past the texture and crunch of them. I know they don't have much taste, but I'm not putting them into another dish I make again.

I have! It is a wonderful movie about some of the women who worked in NASA during the space race. Very well written and presented! I cry at the end every time. And it's one of my 9 year old's favorite movies too! Actually, our whole family loves it, part because my husband works with rockets as an intelligence analyst. So, we love anything to do with flight or NASA.

Hi all, Can someone please enter my workout minutes into the spreadsheet (I am on my mobile and it is too cumbersome...)
    Thank you!

Saturday - over 4 hours of snowshoeing, but I didn't get the exact time, so 4 hours should be okay
    Sunday - another 2 hours.

Had a great time and awesome whether! But I am going to be so sore tomorrow...

I sent a message to @LongaVitaSana and @Tiffany7711, saying if they're having problems posting onto the spreadsheet please don't hesitate to ask for help. Also they can just input the numbers onto our thread, we would be happy tt post for them, :)
