    @TrkyVic0327 Awesome job. I will definitely check out the modified burpees one of these days.

    Yesterday was a pretty darn good day. I managed to stay under calories. I did 2 walks, the rest of my stairs, the balance video and then went roller skating. I made it through most of the night, then I decided it would be fun to stop myself with my knees (read fall really hard on them.) Once that happened, I got up, took a few minutes to make sure I was okay. I then got back on the rink and skated for about 10 more minutes. My left knee kept wanting to give out, was swelling and hurt every time I moved my leg. I called it a night for the skates. Did some light walking after the skates were off, and the BF finished our skate time. Barely slept last night. You may now call me "Captain Limp a Long" Going to take it easy today, and stick to some light wobbly limping today.

    Todays work out 65 mins I finished spreading and chopping up the compost in my 1st to be planted garden bed with lettuce, arugula, radishes, beets and carrots, 50 mins. Then finished the 2nd Fitness Blender balance video for ARWB challenge, 15 mins.

    Just to let you know I am still here - Had a conference at work the last days and was too tired afterwards to start up the computer to enter my minutes in the spreadsheet...
    All the stairs done! Still have to do the fitnessblender video for a second time.
    I'll post my minutes in the spreadsheet later today!
