@sixaround1 that is one of my all time fav meals!!! I make it at least twice a month!!! I omit the carrots though. I've gotten my sister to start cooking this too! It's amazing. And if you let the veggies hang out in the chicken drippings, YUM!0

@CRZYFTM I weighed all the veg so it came out to about 10 net carbs which I had left to "spend" from very low carb breakfast & lunch Will def be putting this one into rotation.1

This was my super charged breakfast:
1 hamburger, 2 eggs, 1 slice havarti cheese, 1-100 calorie cup of guacamole and a drizzle of 1 tbsp of avocado oil. 77% fat, 21% protein and 2% carbs = 838 calories that will fuel me until dinner.2 -

This evening I'm going to be eating 1 smoked haddock fillet with scrambled eggs, and courgetti&carrot spaghetti.... ate a nice tub of spiced stoned green olives for a snack lunch.... (When I say 'stoned' I mean they had the pips taken out. I don't mean...ya know...."stoned", though it might be an interesting experiment one day.... )1 -
Breakfast (bacon, sausage, eggs, coffee w/heavy cream) and lunch (cheese shell pork tostadas w/avocado, salsa, sour cream, pork and more cheese)

Pork shoulder steak cooked in ghee and topped with blue cheese. First pick in the pan. Then on the plate.

Mine tonight was spaghetti squash topped with dry cottage cheese, Parmesan, tiny mozza bocconcini pearls, and my homemade pasta sauce (sneaking the kale in 'cause hubby isn't a fan).

breakfast: 95% pork sausages, streaky and ordinary smoked bacon, half a steak-hache, mushrooms in butter, black pudding and 2 eggs: one duck, one hen.

Chicken leg and thigh "breaded" with pork rinds, Parmesan and chili powder then wrapped with bacon and baked in the oven. I got as much of the bacon grease as I could poured on top.

PIZZA... minced meat base 100g. caps,mushrooms,ham,olives,cheese.. keep all these ingredients under the 40g mark and cheese at 25g and it comes in at:
450 cals.
33g protein
31g fat
5g of carbs some are fiber.

For the crust: use 1/2 cup of each kind of flour, to equal a whole cup. I added 1 Tbls of Swerve sweetener and 1 tsp of almond extract, and now use only 5 tablespoons of butter. And sprinkle in some cinnamon. The crust is soft yet firm.1 -
This was breakfast and lunch. My hubby's actually as I can't do a lot of cheese. It looks gross but it was amazing. I made breakfast sausage patties but I left some of the meat minced and cooked it like that (I used Just Like Sugar brown to get that sweet maple flavour, lots of onion, garlic, sage, salt and pepper to ground pork). Added cauliflower hash and scrambled eggs both made in separate pans, then shredded cheese on top.
Then we had one tray dinner with bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, roasted veggies, and caesar salad.

First and last of the season's fiddleheads in my veggie mix. Blue cheese dressing on leaf lettuce, yogourt & vindaloo paste marinated chicken breast on the bbq.

I cringed when my darling grandson said he wanted McDonalds for lunch. When I got there, I noticed they had something new called Signature choices. I went for the pico guacamole grilled chicken sandwich with no bun and extra lettuce with a side salad. I had 1/3 of the balsalmic vinegar dressing. Kind of high for 11 grams of carbs but the only ones I've had today and I'm really full!5

I'm on a fast today, but in the morning (it's just about 10.00pm here, right now) I'll post breakfast... Chicken gizzard & heart curried casserole.... Am looking forward to that!2

This was our dinner for our 25th anniversary last night. Salami, olives, cashews, macadamia nuts, raw red peppers, aged gouda, Laughing Cow Swiss, Dijon mustard, guacamole, Whisps, and hubby's three whole grain crackers. Oh and Gruet brut, my favorite part of the whole meal.
