HI GUYSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS :) Just checking in :)

Holidays showed me gaining a cpl pounds which is to be expected :) Since I've been maintaining so successfully, I'm gonna go ahead and try to lose the last 20 vanity pounds :) Goal is 140 by May 7th (Ced and Emmy's bday LOL).

That's about 1.4 pounds a week which is AGGRESSIVE at this weight but I think it's doable.

I've been on a 3 day a week full fasting schedule...I fast Monday and Thurs and then either Tues or Weds depending on which day works better that week. My eating day during the week I OMAD. Then I've been basically 16:8 Fri-Sun free eating in that window :)

I know this sounds so extreme LMAO but I've just figured out by now that full fasting works better for me...I'm an all or nothing gal apparently LMAO

Gonna go catch up with everyone but I'm sure I'll be around more often while I'm losing :)

Awesome job maintaining during this crazy time. It is not extreme if it is working for you and you are able to sustain it. The last 20 pounds may come off slower, but they will come off with consistency which you have proven to have. Way to go, you are doing great!

Yeah it's fairly sustainable for a loss schedule but it probably wouldn't be for maintenance LMAO

I'm pushing hard til May and then I'll go back on a more relaxed schedule, even if I have to lose slower after that....having an end in sight makes my day-to-day easier :)

Happy to see you back ๐Ÿ˜Š
I cannot even do one water fasting day anymore let alone 3 in one week, but I know you will do great. Good luck with your fasting plan ๐Ÿ’œ

Well it helps that I never got out of the habit - I've been doing a least one full 48 hour fast each week no matter what (even the weeks of Christmas and Thanksgiving) because I know the moment I let it be optional, I'll fall out of the habit because then it's not a real lifestyle ya know? :)

That is awesome dedication and laser focus super proud of you :) I may need to add a water fast next week as well :) should be easier since I am still working remotely which I love :)

I got out of the habit of weekly fasting and now can't seem to get a handle on them. I have no problem with my 3-day monthly fast but fasting outside of that has been tough for me. But, I believe if I stick with OMAD, I will not need them.

Truth!!!! I find a heavier calorie weekend just helps me not feel deprived, and if I don't start eating I could honestly fast for a week ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

It's weds night, I've been fasting since Sunday night and I haven't had a single craving so I made the executive decision to just ride it til Friday and give myself an extra weight drop boost ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ but then last Tuesday I just COULDN'T for whatever reason so I had an omad ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿคท๐Ÿคท I just do what's comfortable and easy ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜˜

you are totally in charge of your body and mind and that is great.....wow.....that is a long fast......I need to attempt to see if I can do a 72 hour one......

Ya know, I'm just an all or nothing gal....If I'm gonna eat, I'm gonna eat as much as I want of what I want and if I've decided to fast, once I start it's easy until I break the fast LOL

I will say, I supplemented with electrolytes (the Mio Vitamins orange vanilla is amazing, I highly recommend) but even so, I went to the store today at aboooooooooooout maybe 108 hours fasted and I did struggle a lil LOL - to be fair I was couponing so it was pretty extensive but still....

I probably won't be doing it again soon but it was a fun and useful experiment :)

AND for results? 1.5 pounds down :) 159.2

FINALLY out of the 160s, seemingly took forever LOL

1.5 doesn't seem like a lot for that much effort but I'm so darn close to my goal weight that my body doesn't wanna let go of that much at once....I'm working on being more patient about it, but it's a work in progress LOLOLOL

Speaking of Mio, forgot to tell y'all that Ced got me a soda stream for my b-day in Oct and it's FREAKING AMAZING. I love it so much, cause I DIG carbonation!!! And then I can flavor it to my strength level :) I mean it might be considered dirty fasting because the Mio has like 2.5 cals but meh, I need the flavor :)

Hope everyone had a successful week!!! I'm goin' to check on y'all now :)

Either the exercise or the long-a** fast did something good because I only rebounded to 166.6 which is a FULL THREE POUNDS less than my rebound the week before which is encouraging for THIS week's loss :)

On the down side, I feel like crap today - I can smell, taste, and breathe so don't think it's COVID related....just had like a 40 degree drop basically overnight this week so probably just a head cold - still annoying AF LOL

    Have a super week guys!!!

OMG you are still a rockstar dear!!! That is a super long fast and great results too. I don't have a soda stream but I have heard great things about them!

    hope you are feeling better!!!!

Guysss!!! I was right, something set me up for success this week ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ 157.8 so another 1.4 loss ๐Ÿ˜

I wasn't feeling good Monday and thus didn't have an appetite but I did have somewhere around 300 cals in vitamins, emergen-c, and a few bites of Salami lol

Tuesday I had a low Cal omad and halo Top, and then just fasted weds/Thurs (I probably wouldn't have fasted Wednesday except that I normally fast Monday and I didn't really this week and I wanted to have at least two days fully fasted)

    Soooooooooooooooooo conclusions:
-the long fast broke my plateau
-exercise is helping (and actually I'm looking better already too lol)
-keeping my weekends just a TICHE lower let's me have 2 regular omad days during the week, which is completely sustainable for my loss schedule

All good stuff guys!!!! And work was DYNAMITE this week too ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

    Cheers and Ciao y'all ๐Ÿ˜˜

GUYSSSSSSSSSSSS so I wanted a new scale - Ordered one and went through a giant hullabaloo with it not getting delivered on time blah blah blah....long story short, I got it for freeeeee because they done f-ed up LMAO

It reads body weight AND body fat percentage and syncs with an app - I feel VERY tech savvy B)B)

Trending nicely for a loss this week so farrrr :) Shooting for 156.X which would be at least a one pound loss :)

    Happy Tues guys!!

    Just checking in team ๐Ÿ˜

Down to 157 even this week so only a 0.8 pound loss HOWEVER I had really big losses the last 2 weeks so I expected it to slow down a lil (could have been a full pound so I felt better though, huh? Lmao)

Tracy - I made the recipe for the soup and it was SO GOOD!!!! The recipe was missing some stuff? Like it said milk in the description but there's only half and half listed in the ingredients? Anyway I ended up using 1 cup 2% milk, 1 cup half and half, and 1 14.5 oz can of chicken broth (don't judge me, the only bone broth I had made was pork lmao).

Here's some pics of that AND a few of my OMADs/meals over the past couple weeks:

BLT on this Keto bread I got because it was free in my coupon world and it's actually decent bread LOL

This was one of my mini fast meals during the week - stirfry of chicken breast, spinach, mushrooms, artichokes, and pesto

Meatloaf, pork milanese, mashed taters with homemade pork gravy, and peasssss

Homemade panko chicken tendies, air fried crinkle fries - I had this yest with my soup :)

Steph, I forgot to edit the instructions after changing the ingredients. The original recipe called for 1 cup milk and 1 cup cream. I modified it to 2 cups half and half since it is a combination of milk and cream. I am glad you like it. Your other meals look super good.

    Guysssssssssssssssssssss -_-

So I weighed in at 157.8 today *sigh* - that's a 0.8 pound GAIN and basically erased LAST week's work....I did exactly the same thing as I have been the last month (Fast Mon, small OMAD Tues, fast weds/thurs) but alas, no dice.

I did 2 REALLY BIG workouts Monday and Tues (well big for ME lol) and I've had a REALLY stressful couple of days so I'm HOPING it's just stress and water weight from teh exercise.

It still FEELS like 2 weeks wasted...I'm like 99% sure it only feels this dramatic because I'm ready to MURDER one of my lenders and have been through the WRINGER this morning...stress makes everything feel amplified *sigh*

HOWEVER...I know I didn't overeat so it HAS to be fake weight and I'm sure I'll probably get a whoosh in the next few weeks. It is week 5 in my "back on the losing train" phase so perhaps this is my first plateau and I just need to push through...

Not giving up by ANY means (despite my woe is me attitude above LMAO) - Run the play, trust the process <3

Can't wait to see how everyone else did this weeeeeeeeeeeeeeek so UPDATE ME Y'ALL!!!!

Girls your meals never disappoint :) I am not a mushy pea girl though I like them in Asian food pretty much, but even those looked good, in all that gravy goodness :) I am sure you will get a big loss soon, you continue to be a rock star with your weigh loss :)......

H'ok so - I tried to keep my cals a little more in line this weekend (around 9k for the weekend). Weigh in this morn is 165.4 which is about 2.4 LOWER than my Monday weigh in last week so that bodes well!! Last weeks was 1 pound UP from prev and I didnt show a loss so I'm hoping this is a good sign LMAO

If I can get to 155 this week, that'd average out to 0.9 pounds a week for the last 3 weeks which I WOULD TAKE :)

Here's some food porn from the weekend:

Friday I had some brats to break the fast and then a buffalo chicken salad for dinner:

    mvm2ogrregk4.png

Sat I had a Salmon Caesar salad and then Meatloaf with asparagus and cheesy mashed with more homemade gravy (I have a gravy problem LMAO)

    7cmmh7ghuade.png

    zwx08gdqwxxe.png

Sun I had Turkey sausage with penne and meat sauce with some spinach sunk in there for nutrition LOL

    Happy OMADing y'all!!!
