Welp today I only got down to 158.2 so getting to 155 tomorrow might be a stretch but as long as I'm under 157 so I can show a loss for the last 2 weeks I'll be happy 😍

My TOM is TOQ (time of the quarter lmao) and its gonna start in like 8 days and if this is pms bloat ALREADY?! Someone finna die 😠😠😠

This bloat might be the fight before the swoosh. Just hang in there and keep at it, it has to go. I know it is no fun to deal with during the process though.0

Final weigh in 156.4...so a total of 0.6 lbs in the last 2 weeks.
It's a loss which is more than I can say about last week so I'll take it 😁😁😁 I am still a tiche bloated so the next couple weeks might be a lil rough but I'll stay the course 😘0 -

I don't imagine I'll show a loss on the scale this week (maybe next week either) - I'm also exhausted so I made the executive decision to take another week off of working out (unless I feel like it of course). Keeping it low pressure since BLECH pms. Sticking with my normal eating pattern though so we'll seeeeeeeeeeeeeee0 -

A couple things
1. I somehow lost another 2 pounds on my refeed day?!?!?! LMAO I suspect it's because I had SO MUCH salt over the weekend, and knowing I was PMSing this week, I focused on high water content food yesterday and kept the cals to like 600 cals. Just a salmon salad and carrots and cheese dip (kinda like laughing cow) and some fruit. ANYWAY that only puts me 4.6 away from my BIG goal of the week?!?!?! (155) Just awesome...I have no idea HOW or WHY this is happening but I'll TAKE IT!!! Maybe it won't hit til the actual week OF my period.
2. My bestie (who is on a journey of her own...15 pounds down in 6 weeks WOOT WOOT!) sent me a picture last night and said "LOOK LADY - even if it's slow going now, look at this picture I found from 2015!!! You've already made SO MUCH PROGRESS and should be SO PROUD." Here's the pic:

Not looking like I'm going to make goal by my May 7th goal so I think my goal will be 148 by May 7th

155 even this morning, so a 0.4 lb loss this week which I will TOTALLY take 😍
So I'm at 6.6 pounds in 8 weeks so it's slow going....i wouldn't normally care of it moves slowly BUT Mama comes back to town in April and it makes it so much harder so I'm gonna hafta switch up my schedule somehow, I'll figure it out then but still LOL.
15 more pounds to go, at this rate it'll take ma another 20-22 weeks to get to goal....seems like so far away but LISTEN!!!! Those 22 weeks are gonna happen anyway so I'd rather look back and know I made progress in those 22 weeks 😁😁😁

Forgot to report in on Friday but only lost a measley 0.2 lbs 😒😒😒 154.8
I did a big workout Tues and frankly, I overate on my mini fast Tues so it's MY OWN DOING 😩
I'm sticking with salmon salad and fruit tomorrow so hopefully that'll get me into the 153s this week 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

Dang. You beastmode with your plan lol. Maybe your weight isn't going down so much b/c you're working out now so building up some muscle? Are you taking some measurements too? Might be helpful to start doing it if not. Or just pay attention to how clothes are fitting. Like try on something that's a little too tight and then come back to it in a few weeks and see how it fits.

I AM measuring as of 4 weeks ago (that was my first measurement) but didn't see much movement in the first check in....we'll see tomorrow though 😘😘😘
I'm not really working out enough to be building THAT much muscle PLUS I'm at a deficit which makes is SUPER hard to gain muscle simultaneously. I literally only workout like 10 mins at a time super focused lifting type stuff and like 90% of it is booty work 🤣🤣🤣 I desperately need an as* y'all 😂😘 I HAVE been taking progress pics every 2 weeks including booty closeups so maybe at our first goal date (May 7th) I'll share those 😁
The weight just isn't down down as fast because A: I REALLY don't have much to lose...at 5'7" 130 is really the lowest you can go and be healthy and my goal is 140...itll come off slowly but that means it'll stick 😘😘😘
Also an observation, every time I've lost weight it's been in 30 lb cycles 🤣🤣🤣
I lost from 244-181 in high school, only rebounded to about 212. Then from 211 to 179 in 2017. Then this last 30 from 179-150 something....now from 162ish to 140...just an interesting factoid lol
I'll report in tomorrow but judging by today's weigh in, it should be a NICE loss 😁😍1 -
At that height of 5'7, your CW rocks😍 I am a shortie, so 50-52kg will be my GW. It takes a longer time to loose the last few pounds as your body is loving your current healthy weight. You are doing fantastic and we are so proud of you 👏😘 Good luck with your weigh-in and measure-in🍀1

Another 1.4 down this week to 153.4!!!! Averages out to 1.6 over 2 weeks or 0.8 a week!!! Excellent pace and I'm thrilled with that.
Keeping my Tuesday in line really seems to make the difference for me so fx for another seller week this week 😍1 -

Thank you darling 😍😍😍 don't worry, I'm working my A*S off right now because I know it's going to be SO much slower once mama comes home and my fasting basically gets cut in half 🤣🤣🤣 and it STILL feels so slow compared to before, but I know I EARNED that slowness 🤣😘
