She doesn't understand HOW I fast but she's happy I found something that works and is sustainable ๐๐๐1

I bet! Def so great you unlocked the solution for yourself0
-
Wow, wow, wow... Congratulations ๐๐ It's so hard to loose weight when you body feels that it do not need to any more. You are rocking๐1
-
Thanks JP!!! โฅ๏ธโฅ๏ธโฅ๏ธ0

Down to 153 even for a loss of 0.4 lbs this week ๐โค๏ธ
It's a baby loss but to be honest I was just hoping not to gain this week because I rebounded to 167.8 on Monday ๐คฃ
Happy happy happy and moving along with the plan steadily โค๏ธ1 -
Congrats on the loss! Your weight fluctuations are astonishing. I think I would faint on the scale if I saw those moves We gotta keep our heads down and just keep moving forward. Big kudos to you0
-
Lmao thanks boo!!! Though I misspoke it was actually only 165.6 but still ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
I don't mind because I've done it enough times to know it'll work as long as I don't go TOO crazy over the weekend0 -
That's awesome.. 153๐Keep up the good workโค๏ธ0
-
Great stuff Steph...you're helping me cope! And 153 is super rock star0
-
Thanks darlings!!! Up to 166.4 this morn LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I FELT the bloat coming on over the weekend so not SUPER concerned but hoping I can get a good 7-9 pounds off overnight tonight (gonna hafta HUSTLE on this water if that's gonna happen LOLOLOL)

Way to know your body Steph How much water does the trick? Most I can get down is 60 ounces a day and that's reallllly pushing for me because I have zero thirst factor. Nice work!0
-
I can't even tell what work and what don't work Its awesome that you know yours I have been drinking 2L water each day but so far, weight loss is slow but at least its going down. Keep up the good work0
-
Kat - a gallon a day MINIMUM for me (128 oz)....most days it's closer to 1.5 gallons.
I'm telling you guys, whether you like water or not, getting enough WILL make this journey easier and more successful - I know it's not everyone's favorite thing, but like any habit to hit a goal, you gotta just suck it up and do it LMAO
JP - it's simple consistency! That's it! I never waiver from my schedule, for ANY reason, and if I do for some reason then I own it and hold myself accountable. It's not beating yourself up, it's just recognizing that you made your own bed, ya know?
Only down to 155.4 today - last week I lost 3 pounds on Thurs night so I need at LEAST that this week to show a half pound loss. I'd REALLY like a full pound so let's hope for 3.4 overnight
1 -
Wow that's a lot of sipssssss. I'll try harder...gulppppp
jsiuadilol (just suck it up and do it ) Gotta remember that! "There's no crying in dieting" hahaha
May the force be with you! You can and WILL do it0 -
Lmao if you work your way up to it, Kat, pretty soon you'll feel like you JUST might die if you don't get a gallon in ๐๐๐
152.4 today ๐๐๐ it's not the 1 lb I wanted but I'll take 0.6 ๐
Starting this upcoming week, Mama is home sk my schedule on those weeks will be fasting mon/Tues and the OMAD weds Thurs Fri, and I'm just gonna hafta try to keep my cals lower over the weekend to balance it out....but because of the weirdness of where the fasting days lie, I'll only be doing an "official" weigh in every 2 weeks...im gonna try to average 1
6 every 2 weeks....if I can do that, I can hit goal in 16 weeks ๐๐๐
Hope everyone had success this week!!!! โฅ๏ธ0 -
Hi Steph ๐
You're doing soooo good, you're gonna be at 140 soon ๐๐0 -
Enjoy da mama sounds like you got a great plan...that's 1/2 the battle right there. 16 week count down! BOOm you got this1
-
Thanks gals!!!!! I'm feeling like the going is slow, but steady so I'll take it
Thought I'd come drop off some food porn for y'all from my meals the last couple weeks
Baby OMAD scrimp salad (yes SCRIMPS lmao)
Weekend Salad
NACHOS!!!
Grilled Breakfast Tacos
Pizza!!! Half pepp mushrooms, half bacon and onion, spinach snuck in there for nutrition (I did a pesto one with chicken, artichokes, mushrooms, jalepenos too but forgot to fwd the picture LMAO)
Spicy Sausage with pasta and homemade sauce

Now that is some good eating there.1

Hi guys I keep forgetting to update you, I'm so sorry ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ work has been NUTS!!! In a great way though ๐๐๐
So long story short my new plan with omad eating at mamas and keeping my weekends under control? Yeah that didn't work LMAO
Gained 14 pounds over those 5 days vs 3 and yuppppp my aforementioned schedule wasn't gonna be able to undo that SO *sigh* I talked myself into a 110 hour fast ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ basically Sunday night til tomorrow early afternoon.
It hasn't been bad because work has kept me so busy (all exciting stuff) and my adrenaline was pretty up and down from the off and on bursts of stress...ergo? Not a single craving really until about an hour ago when I started planning my weekend meals ๐๐๐
Come to think of it, that's probably why I thought to post on here ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ I don't think about food or fasting when I'm fasting all that much if I stay busy, which is a testament to why this WOE is so beneficial all around ๐๐๐
I was 155.4 this morning at the 84 hour mark but that was only 1.6 down from the night before. Seeing as I'd need 3 pounds overnight to just BREAK EVEN from 2 weeks ago, I'd say we're gonna hafta READJUST KIDS ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Stay tuned, I'll try to remember to update y'all tomorrow โฅ๏ธ0 -
WOW Steph, you are the fasting queen! Great job getting yourself back on mental and physical track. I got stressed this week too but son of a gun...I got control of it too We're human and this losing weight thing is hard but we can chip away at it if we're just consistent. Nice that you got to enjoy the mama. Thanks for your inspiration0
-
Thanks Kat!!!! Mentally I was totally there, the 5 days was planned, just a little excessive ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ I'm really gonna have to be careful on the weekends because I KNOW I don't do super great at mama's (nor do I want to worry about it while I'm visiting and we love cooking together), and that'll be every other week til they leave after Christmas so I've gotta FIGURE IT OUT ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ0
-
Mrah only down to 153.6 *sigh*
Gonna hafta do better on the weekends...its not complicated, I know where the weight is coming from. Now that I can't do my normal schedule every week, and I know even with a full fast, I can't undo the extra days, I'm just gonna hafta moderate my weekends *grumble* lol
Stay tuned0 -
Did you have the same mama schedule last year? If yes....you def lost a lot of weight last year so you can work the same coping magic. My sis is a super gourmand so I'm gonna have to be on my toes around her in Vegas. I was thinking of buying a lil stuffed devil to put on her shoulder when she tries to get me to just have a bite to make her happy1
-
Ya know my best friend said the same but the thing is, I lost all my weight the PREVIOUS year when I was working a corporate job so I didn't have this amazing flexible schedule ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Last year I just maintained/gain a couple lbs
I'll figure it out though just might take me a minute ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ1 -

BUT - 6.4 more pounds down!!!!! SO EXCITED! Here's the log
Starting: 211 pounds
Week 1: -7.6 pounds (11 days) Weight: 203.4
Week 2: -6.4 pounds Weight: 197!!!!!
Thanks for your help and support guys!!!
WOW, this is just awesome weight loss. Well done you. I am so impressed. Iโve never done a 48 hour fast but with your success Iโm going to think about it. Can you give your recipe for bone broth?0 -
You will figure it out as always, good luck0
-
Thanks gals
Rowley - thank you!!! I haven't had losses like that since the VERY beginning but they DID spur me on to keep me going. Honestly, it's just about finding whatever it is that A: WORKS and B: you WILL. DO. The second part is the most important part - all of these WOEs will WORK but will YOU do it is the question....IMO if it's not sustainable forever, then you shouldn't be choosing that as a way to lose weight *shrug* IMHO
Bone broth is SUPER easy - I keep onion skins, celery leaves and butts, and carrot shavings/ends in a lil bag in the freezer and just add to it as I create it and pull from it as I make broth So I just shove a bunch of bones of whatever animal I have handy (usually chicken or pork) along with all the veggie scraps into the instant pot and let it go for 3 hours - I PERSONALLY add extra water and let it further reduce on the stove top because I like it super concentrated I never add salt because I like to control the salt levels of whatever dish I'm using it in
Hope that helps!!0 -

That's great that you maintained for a whole year! You turned your life around. That's huge and I'm sure your mom is in awe of you0
