I agree and am wondering do you not put tomato on your BELT or is it hiding ?
I usually do but I was being lazy and did have any pre-sliced....it's only CRUCIAL in my opinion if they're fresh from the garden,,,in that case it's mostly tomato and a lil other stuff hahahah
I am so over the tomatoes from the grocery store. There is only one kind that I will even buy and they are expensive. All the others are totally tasteless.0 -
those Nachos oh! those Nachos I could write a poem... better look at your pic and try to reproduce that awesomeness Steph!0

AGREED! I find the only ones I can do are the Romas or the Comparis. Everything else is just yucky.1 -
Welp, I did OK this weekend....not great but ok. I OMADed mostly (stupid iced coffee LOL).
This was the much anticipated bagel and some mushrooms and onions...they were delish.
I forgot to take pictures Sat/Sun but Sat I had a quesadilla (pretty basic) with quinoa taco meat, cheese, and jalepenos. Yesterday, I did some more roast chicken with mashed taters and homemade gravy (NOM NOM NOM). Other than that, I literally did nothing this weekend. Went and got a new phone, got some new work pants, and went grocery shopping. Literally, that was it, sad life LMAO. Supposed to be fasting today, we'll see how that goes LOL.
I'll get caught up on everyone's posts throughout the day....happy OMADing m'loves!1 -
Those nachos did look delicious! Did you replace the beef for quinoa or was it mixed into meat?0

Ok, so checking in... I weighed myself today and it's right in the same range as usual so that's good... Actually it's kind of amazing given that I haven't been paying as much attention to my omad as I should be. That being said officially today I am back on the wagon! I even made a color-coded fasting chart like my good friends in this group, which I will post when I get back to my desk because I like to think it's very fancy LOL. Plan is put into place now I just have to execute... I know that once I get one week back under my belt it'll be a breeze so I just have to suck it up and do it LOL given the precedents, if I follow my schedule to a T I should be somewhere in the 178 range when I weigh in next Wednesday so stay tuned on that...
Now fun stuff... Food update! Per the request of my sister and Cedric, I have made roasted chicken like 4 out of the last 6 days LOL. All the talk of pizza though had me wanting some yesterday so I picked some of that up as well, had some of each and a few glasses of white wine... I promise I will start remembering to take pictures again, getting back into a routine will help. For now, my omad-ers, ciao!0 -
TADA! Look how fancy I am

I knowwwwwwwwww bagels are one of my favorite things EVER! I love me some lox too, NOM NOM NOM. I just do all of mine on excel...the charts AND the calendar. The only thing I don't is my lil trend weight guy which I'll post next week when I weigh in.0 -
UPDATE!!!
Water fast went SWIMMINGLY (pun totally intended...not just because it's a water fast, but also because it's DOWNPOURING here and I got SOAKED to the bone coming into work LOL).
Officially feel like I'm back into it, so mentally I'm where I need to be. Now to work my a** off for the official weigh in next Weds. I'll keep y'all updated!1 -
Wonderful! I love your word choice, swimmingly, very witty and appropriate! You'll do great with your weigh in on Wednesday, I can feel it0

I hope so! I'm already back down to about 183 and I've got 2 more water fast days and a mini fast before next weigh in so I should be good! WOOT WOOT!1 -
So you are doing 48h fasts now and then right?... I am integrating them too and want to venture into a 72h fast... see how I feel... well done with your results in spite of moving it is stressful but you dealt beautifully!!!! Well done!0
-
I USUALLY do a 72 hour fast from Sunday night to Weds night weekly - occasionally I'll switch it up but that tends to be my go-to. For instance the week before i move I did 2 mini fasts (SUPER low cal...100-500 cals OMAD) and then a full fast...this week I'm did a full fast since Monday night (48 hour total) and then normal OMAD today and then a mini fast tomorrow - here's my calendar through the end of August:

Happy Friday OMADers!
I forgot to take pictures at the restaurant, but here's a picture of the leftovers I ate when I got home LOL:
It was kungpow shrimp with brown rice - total cals 1248 BUT I didn't eat the last of it (though I recorded it as a full order).
Feeling REALLY good about getting back on track - everything is going smoothly and I'm feelin' really good after my 48 hour fast. I'm getting that "high" back that comes from fasting. I'm supposed to have a mini fast today but if I end up OMADing I'm ok with that Mon-Tues will be full water fast so that'll get me FULLY back into the swing.
Hope everyone has a spectacular Friday and as usual I'll get through everyone's posts throughout the day.
Peace and love friends!0 -
I love PF Chang's ... We have one here. I am in love with their lettuce wraps. Very Yummy.

Happy Friday!
Oh we had lettuce wraps and some calamari, that was included in my calorie count. Thank you for reminding me!2
