Today’s Water Consumed: Maybe 100 oz
Today’s Exercise completed (calories burned if desired): normal work walking
Hours slept: About 8! FINALLY!
Description/Photo of Meals: had some lettuce and cucs and pepperocinis at the team lunch and then ended up munching on some sugar frees (whoops LOL)
Total cals – 209
Total deficit – 2134
155.4 – so 1 pound even this week – not what I wanted but considering my non-compliance, I’ll take it.
Not gonna sweat over a small loss this week – my stress levels and mentality were all over the place and my sleep was off…just in general my body was under a lotta pressure. Hopefully this upcoming week will be a little calmer and I can make up some ground in the quest for 148. 3 weeks to go so I’m going to have to avg almost 2.5 a week – given my current weight I think I’ll change my goal to anything under 150. That’s only 5.6 in 3 weeks which is much more realistic
Fun weekend approaching with NOTHING on the calendar tomorrow (thank you SWEET BABY JESUS) and Mother’s Day events Sunday evening and staying at mama’s and going to work from there Can’t wait to see how everyone else’s week ended – Ciao Bellas

Stephanie, one pound lost is still fantastic! And, especially with the numerous stressful situations life has thrown your way the past few weeks, on top of your sleep being off! Sleep really is crucial in day to day life. I feel great on one night of 7 hours, can’t imagine how much my life will improve WHEN (positive thinking, lol) it becomes regular.
Keep shooting for the stars, my beautiful friend! I totally think you’ll get to 148!0 -

Hey girl --I am in the 1 lb loss club for the week as well......kinda bummed but it is still a loss and your 140ish goal is super realistic. You had a crazy stressful week ---so a 1 pound loss is amazing in my book!!!

Oh boy did I need this day...lazed around the housing eating, day drinking wine, and binge watching our new fave show, Billions Noodlies with poached egg yolks for lunch - Ced wanted Lebanese food for dinner so I got a chicken schwarma wrap with extra pickles, fattoush salad, pita, hummus and garlic NOM NOM
Cals - 3101
Surplus - 1199 (yikes LOL)
SUN: Mother's Day
OMAD - went out to dinner with the fam - split a blacked NY strip with bleu and a shrimp/perch platter with Mama - accompanied by some baked potato, a piece of cheese bread, some salad, and a little artichoke dip. Had a few mini eclairs when we got home from the restaurant.
Cals (not that accurate I assure you) - 2085
DEFICIT - 57
Good eating weekend - had a big surplus both Fri and Sat but that's ok
MONDAY:
159.8 - officially out of the 160s for goooooooooood
If I make my goal 154 this week, I only need to lose 5.8 in 4 days which is nothin' :bigsmile:

I'm going to have to start toning I hate doing it, seeing as I'm the laziest person alive, but I'm going to have to...the weight is pretty much gone, now I need to start shifting body comp *sigh*
Building the habits will be slow but we're going to start this week, wish me luck! LOL

First things first - 157.2 , so 2.6 overnight...which seems like a lot because I was over 1000cals, didn't get a whole lotta water in, AND started some light toning (doing more today, working my way up)...whatevs, I'll take it! :bigsmile:

Got an email when I woke up that my potential new fur baby's test results came back and he's PKD NEGATIVE!!! WHICH MEANS I CAN GET HIM!!!! He's so freakin' cute:
I can show him now that I know he will be mineeeeeeeeeeeee
Super excited! I wouldn't let myself get attached until I knew he was good to go, and I put positive vibes into the universe and the universe made it happen!!!! It was KISMET! SERENDIPITY!! FATE!!! Hoping the same will happen for my positive thoughts about work
Nowwwwwwwwww only 3.2 pounds to go in 3 days, one of which is a full fast SO hoping to get under goal and gain some ground for next week
Stacy (my sister) is coming over tonight and wants Thai food...so I'll try to keep it within my mini-fast cals, but I know the salt will bite me tomorrow...hopefully we'll dump that sh** by Thurs and be on track again by weigh-in!

Yeah so far the comp exercises haven't happened - I usually do them in the bathroom at work but I've been so busy that my pee breaks have been SPRINTED to and from LOL!!!
We might have a change of plans - second week in a row we have team food on Thursday - I stuck with a basically no cal salad last week, but this week it's the whole division and it's Jimmy John's and I love Jimmy John's! SO if my losses continue, I might fast Weds, do my official weigh in Thurs/free eat and OMAD Friday - as long as i show at least 1.5-2 overnight TONIGHT that should be a no-brainer

156.4 - so 0.8 overnight...thrilled with that because I TOTALLY estimated my cals and had a s**t ton of wine and basically NO water lmao
Fasting today and doing my official weigh in tomorrow so I can have lunch at the lunch and learn Should still have no problem hitting 154 for the week, that's only 2.4 overnight tonight and with a fast early in the week that should be easy peezy - I'll still weigh Friday and probs try to avoid eating AFTER lunch tomorrow until Friday so perhaps I'll lose a tiny bit more...we'll see I guess
2 days of very low impact, VERY minimal toning work down - of course can't tell a bit of difference yet (duh) but I'll keep at it
