Today’s Water Consumed: This was SO bad – like a half gallon?
Today’s Exercise: normal work walking

Description/Photo of Meals: Ended up having more wine (LOL) with my chicken salad and lots of lettuce
Total calories 1362
Deficit - 980
Did a REAL weigh in today - 159.2 :grumble:
This was 100% wine and not enough water *sigh* - I'm going to have to be a good kid and cut the wine back out for a while...I DON'T WANNA! But I should LOL
Because I know that's what it was, I'm going to push push push water today, do a low carb, very low cal day today - shooting for 156 tomorrow. That'd mean I'd only need 1.2 from my full-fast to break even, and 2 pounds would give me another almost pound net loss, which I'd take willingly because I'VE BEEN SO OFF SCHEDULE!!! It's my own fault LOL - I've been NON-COMPLIANT the last few weeks and my tiny lil losses have shown it
Down side? Monday is the holiday, and while I don't have plans, being at home always make things more complicated for me...guess I'm going to have to figure that out REAL quick here in the near future *exaggerated wink*

Ugh Donnaaaaaaaaaaaaaa *said in whiney voice* I've still sucked today! I'm probs gonna have to suck down a gallon between 8 when I get home and 11ish when I go to bed...which means I'll be up 1802324835273 times peeing...but I do that regardless of how much water I drink...I'm JUST NOW getting around to getting caught up with everyone's thread because I haven't had time to BREATHE today LOL

Description/Photo of Meals: Used the rest of my stewing meat from bone broth and added in into my leftover chicken gang gai (It was a little old, but meh...it's coconut milk and it was refrigerated right? MEH it tasted great and I feel fine LMAO)- made mashed cauli to go with it - half a bag of SF jelly beans :bigsmile:

F**KING FINALLY! 3 pounds overnight with a controlled mini-fast and a decent (not great) water day. With this *finally* drop, I'd REALLY like to see a decent loss. Another 3.2 would put me at 153 which would be a 1.8 net loss, which I'd GLADLY take. That's a lot 2 days in a row BUT I still feel SUPER bloated today, AND it's a full fasting day, AND I'm convinced I'm actually going to get my water to 1.5 gals SO we shall see - already up to 32 oz, and the days just getting goin'
In other news, work is finally not utter chaos so maybe I might actually get something done! LOL - steps, water, keep my sleep eating away, I should be good

You know I'm starting to suspect the sleep issues are/were the wine - whenever I get into the habit of having a few glasses I sleep like crap (OBVVVVVVVVVVVVVVIOUSLY my few glasses is usually more than a few LMAO)...so for now I'm just going to avoid it...at least for a little while...plus it jacks up my water retention/hydration levels and sucks up calories I *should* be using to fuel my body LOL1 -

Yep, alcohol can definitely mess with sleep! My husband will sometimes tell me to have some wine before bed and I’m all, “Alcohol has never helped me sleep, it actually makes it hard for me to fall asleep!”

I fall asleep just fine but toss and turn and wake up too early and am just a ZOMBIE lol0

Congrats on your loss! Have problem with sleep too...can never get a good night sleep. Its worse when I am a very light sleeper Even when one of my kids get up to go to the toilet, I will wake-up too....0

A measly 0.6 loss this week *sigh*
I should've known that was coming - more than 2 pounds the day after a 3 lb drop was unlikely AND I didn't behave myself in the LEAST this week...I really need to get back on a normal schedule this week but I CAN'T because Monday is a holiday LMAO - I'll try to behave myself Monday and at least regular OMAD *self cheers: you can dooooo ittttttt*
Getting Bubs Sunday and a long weekend AND another marathon date day with Ced tomorrow (after I run my morning errands) including End Game and catching up on the last 5 episodes of GoT that I missed So basically the best weekend ever coming up
I'm bouts ready to break this fast...gotta hunt down some good food. There's 3500 freakin' people here, someone's got SOMETHING good...just gotta find it

Congrats on your loss! Have problem with sleep too...can never get a good night sleep. Its worse when I am a very light sleeper Even when one of my kids get up to go to the toilet, I will wake-up too....
I could literally sleep through a HURRICANE - but when I drink, it's not very restful sleep and I don't wake with any energy.1 -
Sounds like a nice weekend you have planned, Steph! A lot of us have been naughty this past week at some point or another. You can get back on track, we all can. Still, 154 this week! You can most definitely hit the 140s by the end of the month.
Maybe get full before you watch those last GoT episodes and have no wine in the house. 😂😂
