Hi guys! I won't go through the whole weekend it's just too much but here's yesterday

    An April 2019
    Today’s Date: 5/6/19
    Today’s Plan: TBD
Weight Goal for the Month: 148
    Today’s Weight: 161.2
    Height: 5’7”
Today’s Water Consumed: WAY TOO LITTLE - like maybe 64 oz? ICK I feel awful for it today
Today’s Exercise completed (calories burned if desired): normal work walking
    Hours slept: About 5
Description/Photo of Meals: Ended up OMADing random stuff - some lil' quesadillas, half a fried bologna sandwich, a nutty bar, a few SF gummies, and some chips.
    Total cals – 1756
    Total deficit - 668

Ok here's where we're at - I can't go into it because I've been told we can't elaborate on social media but basically my job is f-ed...it was the GIANT icing on several weeks of crazy stress and pretty much just maxed me out. I had plan yesterday but ended up OMADing..mentally I wasn't even present most of yesterday.

Summary of the weekend - Grad party Sat with some brats and beers and noodlies later along with LOTS of drinking, visited Mama in the hospital Sunday and didn't end up eating much. In fact I only had a surplus one day, Saturday, and it was only 228. So the 7 pound jump on Monday is purely from water retention since I'm probably so dehydrated I should be dead LMAO and the extra salty content of the food over the weekend and yesterday - back on normal schedule today and trying to tamp down the stress and stay out of my head. Don't know what tonight's food will be because it's Ced's birthday and Stacy might come over too.

Not really going to worry if I don't end up with a net loss this week - with all the stress the last few weeks I'd take breaking even (and frankly I'm lucky to be alive and relatively sane LOL).

161 even this morning so "technically" 7 pounds to lose in 3 days LOL - 5 would put me at break even which should happen effortlessly LOL

I'll catch up with everyone as I can today :)

((((Stephanie))), my poor friend! I’m so sorry all of this has happened to you over such a short time. Your stress levels must be through the roof. Your weight will come off once you get properly rehydrates and back on track. Big hugs to you!

Actually as I'm wrapping up the work day I'm feeling pretty ok - tentative plan in my head for the night is a mini fast - I'mma try to keep it to 800 or less tonight, go hella low carb tomorrow and fast Thurs - that should be totes fine for weigh in.

PS - we're supposed to do a team lunch Thurs so I might fast tomorrow and weigh Thurs morning - we'll see :)

159.6 so a 1.4 overnight loss... Not great but I'm 99% sure it's because my water intake has blownnnnnn...since I'm home early today after the Dr's I'm pushing it hard now... Still not sure what the plan is tonight... It'll either be full fasting or Culver's.. Not sure which extreme yet lmfao

@wsandy8512 Halo Top is only the bestest low Cal ice cream EVER!!! I'm not even an ice cream person, and it's so freaking good, comes in great flavors, and is only 280-360 cals for the whole freaking pint! And each pint has around 20 gs of protein :#

    THURSDAY:
    156.8

    2.8 drop overnight! WOOT WOOT!
LET THIS BE A LESSON! I ate SUPER clean and low cal Tuesday night but sucked at water all weekend through Tues…lost 1.4 overnight. Ate CRAP from fast food, and almost double the cals last night, had less steps, BUT finally had a good amount of water? 2.8 over night! BOOM!

Anywho, 0.6 over last week’s low, so I think I’ll be good to show a net loss  Whether or not it’ll be enough to get to 154, who knows…I’d be happy with any loss  Team lunch in a few mins…not sure if I’m going to fast or have a cal free ish salad type thing – either way I’ll fast tonight 

I’m so proud of you, Steph! “Lahhhh... you bring meaning to my life, your the inspiration...” <<you may be too young to know that Chicago love song, but I don’t mean it in a “lesbian” way, not there’s anything wrong with that. Loll (I have watched too many Seinfeld episodes over the years. 😂

That burger does look yummy. Don't have a Culver's in my neck of the woods. You are doing very good on the weight loss front. Don't doubt at all you will have a good net loss come tomorrow.

^^You got that right! 😂😂😝 We are always using quotes around here on top of little things that happen now and then where a show reference is brought up, in which case we use the quotes. lol

LMFAOOOOOOOOOO I understood the reference, but your need to explain further was the cherry on top :D

Just goes to show that if you stick with the OMAD, even if it isn't in your line of focus, that the process works <3

    I’m an over-explainer. 😂

So true about OMAD and i don’t really know the science around it, but sometimes your body just needs more food before it’ll let go of the weight.

Yup and I was HELLA starving yesterday for NO REASON once I got home, so I knew something was off - got a little sleep and lots of water and some energy and my body gave in ;)
