    Hello Steph,

I am sorry to hear of your anxiety issues. I pray all gets ironed out real soon. Maybe you could do a 12:12 (8am - 8pm) or a 16:8 (11am - 7pm) eating schedule until you are cleared for OMAD again.

Yeah 16:8 is what I default to if I'm paying no attention to it at all - I'll still monitor my calories, but TBH the anxiety has been so unbearable that I'd rather now stress out my body in any way. I'm still sticking with my normal calorie range (like 1200-2000 depending on the day) so realistically I should still be losing...but if I don't I'll just call it maintenance practice LOL

Hugs Steph <3 sorry you are dealing with this and hoping it gets better soon!! You do what you need to do to get healthy you have done incredible and are so close now ---taking a little extra time to get there will not mean anything in the long run!! You got this! :p

Yeah actually speaking to Cedric at lunch, I'm actually pretty sure I AM done - at this point I think adding in some toning when my Dr says it's ok is my next step...it would appear that 150ish is my ideal weight. I might lose a few pounds during the toning process but TBH I think my body (and my loved ones) are telling me that there's no more to safely lose without toning...we're going to play it by ear for now.

You are at a good weight and I believe the toning may be all that you need. Definitely don't stress it and ease into the toning. Wishing you well in maintenance. You've got this.

I am so proud of you girl ---that is fantabulous!!! Maintenance is going to be awesome for you......would love to join you there before too long :)

I think so too :) It feels very odd (and weirdly scary?) to be "done" with the losing portion - toning will take more will power for me so a new adventure I suppose LOL

So sorry to hear about your stress and anxiety❤️❤️ Sending over lots of virtual hugs❤️❤️❤️ May be through toning, you will get that body shape that you want👍 As you said, loosing inches and fitting into smaller clothes totally rocks too👍👌❤️😘

    Morning kids!

My posts will be a little less structured as I'm easing into maintenance - saw a little uptick on the scale this morning due to pasta for dinner last night. 153 and change (used my home scale which isn't all that accurate).

I love Fridays - the team brought in Lebanese savory pies this morning, we have a team lunch, and then I'm going to my parents for Father's Day dinner tonight - looks like 3 meals today LOL.

SO MUCH to do tomorrow - gotta go the post office, grocery store, get a new phone, work on contracts for work...SO MUCH TO DO! But mostly fun and/or exciting stuff :)

I'll update throughout the day with ma' foods.

Meal 1 - Middle Eastern cheese pie...I only ate about half but it was yummy :)

It WAS 135-145 but I'm thinking it'll end up being 140-150 now. That actually makes sense because I'm 5'7" ...that's toward the high end of the weight range for that height, but I'm also not fairy boned LOL

    Forgot this earlier (again LOL)

    Cals - 1550
    Deficit - 417

If I ever manage to get my water in and flush this sh** out, I should end up around 150 LOL - right now I'm holding water and glycogen like it's my job LOL - I knew that would happen without some fasting but next week I should be able to ease down my cals again :)

"Right now I'm holding water and glycogen like it's my job..." Love this! And of course we excel at work, don't we? But seriously, congrats on entering maintenance.

Thank youuuuuu!!! I'll probably end up somewhere around the 145 mark by the time all is said and done, but I'm going to start focusing on body comp instead of pure weight :#

So, you are now into maintaining your weight? Wow, congrats!!! :+1: Yes, by the time you tone up your body and other stuff, it would average out around 145. Good luck and CONGRATS! again.

Thank you ladies.... Im not going anywhere though...i need the accountability y'all provide so I'll still be posting like normal B)

On another note, the meds my Dr gave me helped IMMEDIATELY... Im so relieved. I feel like a normal f**king adult again, which I know sounds ridiculous but it's true...i got so much done this weekend, and with JOY instead of dread. I normally hate taking anything but this was apparently necessary. T minus 2 weeks until the big change... And now it won't be as miserable getting through it. So so happy <3

    Monday Check In

I inadvertently OMADed yesterday - just habit at this point I guess...I'm ok with it though now that I'm feeling 12948610283864308 times better. I'll have some veggies and hummus in the late afternoon today and tomorrow, and then Weds I think I'll get back on my OMAD schedule, but just normal OMAD. No extended fasting or anything. I didn't eat over maintenance any day this weekend but still saw a big jump in weight due to carbs and salt LOL

    156.8

SO I think I'm gonna land around 150-151 by EOW if I do simple OMAD and keep my cals in the 1200 range...we're going to try that out for now, as my inital/simple maintenance (or VERY slow losing) plan :)

Started my toning this morning...I'm not one to set aside time for exercise so I'm just making myself do some every time I go pee :D It's unorthodox but it'll get the job done until I need to start adding weights. focusing on 4 areas for toning...thighs, butt, abdomen area, and arms. Arms and abs I'll have to do at home because I have toning bands there and don't want to get on the bathroom floor LOL, but all leg and butt work can be done here.

Hopefully with this plan I'll lose about a half pound a week until I fall comfortably into my true maintenance range :)

Hope everyone had a spectacular weekend (like I did!!!) and has a SUPER Monday B):#<3

Just for funsies, here's a 180 day chart update :)

Thanks Donna! I'm kinda pumped to be back on straight OMAD (minus today/tomorrow) - I fully plan to maintain with OMAD and a splurge day thrown in when events dictate. In the meantime I'm still going to shoot for a deficit so I see small losses as I'm toninggggggggggg <3

    Happy Tuesday Guys!!!

Weighed in at home - 155.5
Not sure that that's accurate but I had 48 oz of liquid in before I got to work so a weigh here would be inaccurate.

    Cals - 1197
    Deficit - 996

THE REASON I'm pushing so much water is that between the body weight exercises, the amount of salt I've had, and the amount of freakin' CARBS I've had, I'm so unbelievably bloated LOL - I felt like I gained 10 pounds this morning :D:D:D Clearly I DIDN'T because I ate a large deficit, but the water retention is making me cranky LOL

SOOOOOOOOO I'm determined to get at LEAST a gallon in today - so far I'm 48 oz in...holding off for an hour or two so my lunch isn't interrupted by a screaming bladder LOL - but once I'm back from lunch it's GAME ON with the water LOL. The toning might mean I still see ugly numbers this week, but I assume by next week that'll no longer be a factor.

ALSO keeping my meal tonight lower carb...chicken bacon ranch "wraps" on romaine, and some fruit for dessert. Veggies and hummus for this late-afternoon snack (I don't want Ced claiming I OMADed but I'm still waiting until late in the work day to eat it LOL). Tomorrow I'll be officially back on OMAD but not my normal schedule, just straight OMAD at a large deficit...until I see this water weight fall off that'll be the plan :)

BUSY day ahead of me, but will try to catch up on everyone's posts :)<3
