Today ended up being a two meal day. My earlier meal was low calorie and after a long day, I felt I needed a bit more calories so I opted for a low carb salad from chipotle.

I had my bodpod body composition testing today and am happy to report losses in all areas. My weight today according to the fitness center scale was 155.4. Not quite what I wanted to hear but I expected it to be up after this weekend. I am working hard to keep the losses coming, but I am determined not to weigh until November 10th.
Below are the results from my Body composition testing. I still need to work on my body fat, but I am happy that the majority of the weight I lost in the last two months was fat and not muscle.

That is super awesome - since August you’ve maintained your lean body mass while reducing fat - that’s quite an accomplishment. Must have been all those squats!!!0

I was kind of concerned about losing lean body mass, I am so happy to see that I am losing in the right areas and maintaining where I need to be.0

I know right, but we had lots left over from a church function yesterday. I am working on finishing some assignments for school so the quick meal was a time saving blessing.0

Well today I have two meal photos for you. The first one is the one I wanted for my meal, the second is the one that I actually ate. I purchased some low carb mini pizza crusts and made two mini pizza with them, but after one bite I felt nauseous and couldn't eat them. This is the that meal. I so wanted to like the low carb pizza crust.
After the pizza fail, I decided to eat some mustard sardines with my salad. The cookies are keto chewy chocolate chip that I made myself.

I have a very difficult time doing keto. Expensive and not what I'm used to. I do believe it helps with weight loss though. If you are going to do a keto diet, the Low Carb High Fat forum is a very good forum to read. You will need to supplement with sodium to stay healthy if you go really low carb all the time if you didn't know that already.

I am a member of that group. I did the keto diet before doing OMAD. It really helped. I am aiming for low carb but not necessarily keto levels.0

sorry to hear about the pizza Trace....... I bet yr heart was set on it too! But your other meal looks awesome too........fish is a huge weakness for me I think any fish is just devine I love your huge salads...Im truly striving to be more like you as salads and veges go. Those cookies look fantastic as well, I think your one hell of a cook!0
