I love mushrooms too!... Loved the days when we went out into the countryside to collect them and cook them on the spot... we took a frying pan with us !

I love those mushrooms! I've tried making a pizza with them before by filling up the cavity with sauce, cheese, and stuff. Very yummy!

That is an awesome idea - I must try that...

Ohhhhh, what a lovely meal! I've been tempted to try a service like this, may eventually try if you find you like-y most of them!

So far, so good - will keep y'all posted!

Yes, super close!! I keep thinking I should eat less to try and make it come off faster... But then I decide that I don't care that much and I'd rather be satisfied and happy every day! That crazy diet mentality that always leads to failure is always lurking in the back of my mind...

I can just do OMAD and not much more. I have a hard time concentrating at work even doing that sometimes and I have to be able to do my work. If I tried a longer time fast, it would have to be on the weekend. I also can have very difficult times if I have too big of a deficit the day before. I will get there slowly but I think it will be slowly!

Yes! Slowly is fine... I just KNOW I'll run into trouble if I try to do anything more.

I've seen some fast burn all the way to their goal weight, but I've seen many times more of the fast burners just dissapear.

Yup - sustainability is the key for sure. I am way too old to keep on doing the same thing I've been doing for years (aka yo-yo dieting)!

Second dinner from the meal service - also a winner! This one was Sweet Potato Curry with Brown Rice & Roasted Cashews - made with coconut cream, sweet potato, baby bok choy, lime, coriander (cilantro), lots of ginger, garlic and a ton of chilis... (And it kind of goes without saying that I didn't just eat that one bowl full!)

REALLY THOUGH! Everyone and their curries are making me crave it! I might have to break my weekly fast Thursday (see my thread for reasoning there LOL) with some Chicken Tikka Masala from this fabulous place by my work...it's seriously so good you just don't even knowwwwww <3

Also Sarah, I know the feeling! If I get down to 181 this week I'll be SHOCKED...esp after such a big drop last week...I know my body it's going to try to hold on to EVERYTHING after such a drastic drop, hence changing up my fasting schedule this week...if it works, great...if not? Well I'm sure I didn't gain! LOL We'll get there, slowly but surely pretty lady <3

Down more than a pound this morning! Crazy... 1.3 away from meeting the July goal of 181 that I never thought I'd come close to! (Obviously the trend is higher, but I use the actual weight when it suits me (aka "when I'm losing")!! :) )

    I KNOW RIGHT?!

I've lost close to 8 lbs this month. That is UNHEARD of for me...

I just went back to the last time I lost some weight from June 2015 - April 2016 and I lost 27 lbs in 10 MONTHS... (Oh and then gained it all back!) And I was white knuckle starving myself and exercising like a fiend (that's so one of my favourite words in the world, I really need to use it more!)...

Last time it took me from the middle of June 2015 to end of November 2015 (4 months) to get from where I started this time (on May 23 of this year) to where I am now (2 months). So I've effectively doubled the rate of loss.

And this time I'm eating and drinking whatever the F I want and not really exercising - I don't really count walking the dogs - I do that every day pretty much, no matter what!

I seriously keep waiting for the penny to drop - for me to stop losing, or to totally go off the wagon or SOMETHING bad. I truly don't believe that's going to happen though...

I know the feeling though! It's like you look around to make sure no one's looking, because this CAN'T be right! LOL...I <3 OMAD SO MUCH for all those reasons and more.

It's incredible isn't it? I used to often have these types of thoughts in the beginning. "It can't be this easy can it, After all these years it comes down to simply eating better and less often. Seriously? Why didn't anyone tell me?"
Not that it doesn't take work but in terms of results what other method gives more bang for the buck?
    Congrats on you improving chart.
