I think 140's is very realistic. Just one day at a time though. That is what I have to tell myself too it seems.
Yup agreed - trying not to get ahead of myself here... I can't even imagine being 140 though - I think I was 138 for about 10 minutes in my mid-twenties (on some diet)...0 -
I like the idea of just keeping what your doing now, and seeing where you end up.0

Went out for Thai food last night, had soup to start and rice and Thai Green Curry (hot!) for the main course. Plus a glass of wine. Couldn't finish all my main course, which was actually quite disappointing. My eyes are definitely bigger than my stomach these days. I wanted dessert and had promised myself I would have some but just couldn't face it! I did have some dark chocolate when we got home, so it wasn't all bad!
Weight sticking around the new low and Trendweight says I'm still going down so all good on that front.
Happy Thanksgiving to everybody in the US!! I miss pumpkin pie!!! At least I kind of get a day off tomorrow because everybody in my company except me and another woman (in Canada) lives in the USA... I actually expect to get way more work done than usual because 1. no meetings and 2. nobody Slacking or emailing me...

Yes! Both...0

Hope everybody had an awesome Thanksgiving today... I thought I'd have a nice quiet day today work-wise, but no, I have a client (from the USA) who emailed me today to ask for something! Some people are such workaholics!!
Only 3 pounds and I'll be in the 150s!! At my rate of loss will take at least 2 weeks, but I am totally looking forward to that day!

Me too, You got this Sarah!0 -
Thanks everybody!
My weight went up a bit over the weekend - as usual. Ate lots of salty chips two days in a row... Plus too many cheese quesadillas - though honestly, there really can never be too many quesadillas IMO! I also hardly ate a vegetable over the weekend other than tomatoes and sauerkraut. I am craving lots of veggies for my meal tonight that’s for sure!
Hopefully the water weight from the salt is gone in a couple of days...

Only gaining a pound is awesome! You're doing great!0
-
I wouldn't even call that a gain Sarah!1
-
Yeah, it's not really a gain and it's gone today anyway... Under 163 finally. Who knows if that will stick around though.

Nice!!!0

Super Sarah, it's just a matter of time.0

Still under 163, yay! I have to say I’ve never in my life lost weight like this before. Always in the past, it comes off quickly at first and then as I would lose enthusiasm for restricting my food intake and would start taking more and more liberties with what I was eating, the weight loss would get slower and slower and then just kind of stop and I’d maintain for a while and then start gaining again... This time it’s pretty steady and sometimes it actually seems to speed up a bit. Plus I’m not losing enthusiasm, this is just what I do and I can eat and drink anything when I do eat so I don’t feel at all deprived. Plus I get to actually feel full every single day.

yep, that is how I have to do it too. I do struggle though to get to 5:00 pm. From about 2-3 and on it gets tough for me.0 -
Right on! Good for you!0

Weight the same today, boring... Can't even be bothered to copy the weight chart to paste in!
For dinner last night I had a bunch of mixed nuts and then Thai Sweet Chilli Udon Noodle & Veggie Bowl with Roasted Cashews & Peanuts (from the meal service) plus half a big bar of Lindt Dark Chocolate with caramel pieces...1 -
Mmmm I love caramel. I had a salted chocolate bar filled with caramel made from honey today, and I think I experienced heaven.1
-
Up a bit today... Sure would be nice if this whole weight loss thing was a bit more linear!!
I did expect a gain today though as I ate a LOT last night. I had way too many nuts (had to finish the bag, couldn’t possibly leave just a few!!), cheese, peanut butter, and 2 servings of paneer biryani as it was too delicious to stick to one serving. Then I finished the bar of chocolate I started last night. I wasn’t overly full at all after all that food though, so clearly my body needed extra food yesterday...

You're doing great! Your meal yesterday sounds like it was amazing, and 0.8 is such a small bump-up that I am sure it will be gone soon!0
