Could you be so kind to post a link, please ?

I would, but I don't remember the name of the lady. I also meant saw an interview, not read. She was being interviewed by a dad vlogger. She did FAST 5, OMAD, with a five hour eating window. I'm sorry that my memory is so bad. She was 62 when she started though, that I remember.

Wow, I didn't know you were shooting for 125... I think I was 125 once - maybe about grade 7!!! I can't imagine what I'd look like at that weight. It's funny, but since doing OMAD this is the first time in my life that I've ever thought it might be possible to get down to a lower weight than about 155-158 (which is right at the top of the BMI normal range for me). I've always thought I'd have to starve to be lower, but I wonder where I'll end up just doing OMAD. Can't wait to find out - jealous that you are already there! :s

I weighed 120 when I met my Husband over 30 years ago and I want to get close to that but if it doesn't happen I won't be upset...He thinks I'm too skinny now but I dont see it, probably because of my extra skin I see when I look in the mirror :(

I LOVE your new profile picture!! You look lovely, Brenda, you honestly do. I know that I'll struggle with extra skin as well, I don't blame you for wanting to go lower as it will minimize it even more. Coupled with intermittent fasting, especially OMAD, autophagy will eventually take care of that as well, it just requires time and patience. I saw a story of a woman who is older than we are and she's two years into maintenance and her loose skin is goi :) ng away. I see that as a positive :-)

    Thanks Sandy :)

Brenda, you will get there. It is so inspiring to see you maintain week after week and still be able to eat all the foods you enjoy. I want to be there right with you.

Will you continue to track or do you think there will be a time where you feel you won't need to because you know your plan works?

When I get to maintenance I was thinking about tracking for maybe a year and if I am staying consistent, I will stop the daily tracking and maybe just weigh monthly.

Thanks and I'll be right here waiting for you :)

I think I will continue to track for at least another month or two and then maybe I will do the monthly weigh in, I'm just not quite ready yet :#

Why would you want to only do a once a month weigh in?

I would still weigh weekly but I will only post it on here monthly :)

Remind me again about the feast days, is the eating window wide open on those days? Or still somewhat time limited?
