Nope no trouble at all, I think it's probably because I've always had an all day splurge day once a week all throughout my weight loss1 -
I think there are two ways of maintenance. The one Brenda is doing one where you might just doing something like a 16:8 most days. I've done the later. Right now I'm doing a mixed 20:4 and 16:8 and I confess that is kind of hard for me so I think the bear plan might be difficult for me. It is the most liberal but requires more longer fasts, the other method is more level but you still don't get to eat breakfast but you don't have to do the harder fasts either. I think Brenda and Jim have wills of steal so that probably works for you all. I think we can experiment a little and see what works best for each individual. Brenda's plan obviously is working very well for her!1

127! That is SO COOL!!1

What I meant to say in my previous entry here is we can maintain by trying to keep the weight consistent or we can allow it to go up a little and then come back down. I think some will allow 10-lb gain and then drive it back down again and some will try to not let there be much gain at all.0

I don't think I could allow a gain that big - for me it would be a very slippery slope. I'm also pretty sure I will have to stick to some form of OMAD in maintenance, if I had days where I ate 3 meals, I'm not sure I could easily get back onto the OMAD wagon. Only time will tell I guess, and although it's a long way off for me, it's worth thinking about now...0 -

I don't think there's a right or wrong way either...We just gotta do what works for each of us and thank God we have OMAD to get us there0 -

Positive thinking, I believe you will see it again1

Just the fact that you saw it blows me away... Like I said - some single digit grade at school was the last time I would have seen that number!1

Yes! Just go dance through the meadows like Julie Andrews...rejoice You are doing so fantastic, you figured it out and you conquered....just tweaks here and there, you got this.1

OMG I gained 10.8 pounds in 3 days I most definitely had a carb overload this past weekend and maybe if I only have 2 feast days this coming weekend I can get down to at least1300

Totally water and understandable after the long weekend. Great that you're owning it and making plans to get rid of it!!

Not a problem for you Brenda, you will get back to 130 no sweat.1
-
This is why I'll always weigh every day. It's going to happen at some point so best to nip it in the bud right away, which I have no doubt you will.1
-
I hit 210.07 lbs in 3 days of ravenous splurging! It can happen! Of course, I know I can knock it back off in the same amount of time.1
-
You got this! Just water and glycogen stores. Sending you strength and good vibes1
-
You will get it off! It would take almost 40,000 kcals above your TDEE to put on 10.8 lbs of fat and you certainly didn't eat that many calories in that time-frame. It's mostly water! Be careful though, it can sneak up on you if you let it go for awhile. 3-days not so much, 3-weeks and some of that can become real.1

Thanks for the encouraging words everyone, this is one of the reasons why I love this group0

Those lbs will be gone in no time! You're a pro!1

That is scary when things happen like it but the math says it couldn't have been fat gain. Anyways looks like you have it under control.
I remember the days when I ate as much as I wanted when I wanted and what I wanted and my weight would not vary. I was 155-160 lbs from age 16 to age 24 or so. I would even force feed myself and couldn't gain weight (I was trying to gain weight then). What is different now? I was more active then and ran 6xweek but that didn't account for all the calories I could consume. I must have just had a screaming high metabolism). I definitely can't eat like that now.0 -
