Goal weight now is 122

By doing OMAD 3 days a week and TMAD 4 days a week I stayed the same weight so I will save this plan for when I want to just maintain and for losing mode I'm going to do OMAD for 5 days and TMAD for 2 days...Wish me luck2 -

So I've decided to give up on trying to get down to 122, I've been obsessing about it so much that it's driving crazy so from now on it's just going to be basic OMAD with a 1 or 2 splurge day thrown in.2

Yeah you totally look awesome so no point stressing over some random number on the scale. If your body wants to get there it will. The lady who runs a FB group I’m in has been in maintenance for a couple of years now and she said she is still slowly losing fat, like very slowly. I think her goal weight was 135 and she’s now in the mid 120s. She does OMAD every day (but more than one plate, more like a snack and then a meal and dessert spread out over a few hours).0

No picture but this is what we had for our Thanksgiving feast...
Turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, rolls, corn, peas, coleslaw, green bean casserole, carrots, squash, cranberry sauce, jello mold, pumpkin whoopie pies, pumpkin pie, chocolate pies, chocolate pudding, blueberry pie and strawberry cheesecake
My splurge day was delicious!!!2 -
Sounds like my house. My splurge Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sunday was delicious! I have not been good . I will get after it tomorrow.0
