Your not going to pass out but you won't feel great drinking it for sure!

Good to know and I'm not going to do it unless I get those burps again.

You have to get the sea salt without iodine if you are doing the salt flush and make sure you use enough. I first time I did it with two teaspoons of salt and it did not work. I upped it to a full tablespoon and it worked like a charm and I was going within 20 minutes of taking it and was finished in about an hour. Once it starts working, you don't want to be too far from the bathroom.

I will try a tablespoon then, do I still use 1 liter of water?

Yes, use a liter of water. If you use warm water it is easier to drink. It makes it seem like you are drinking a broth.

Thanks, I bought sea salt today so I'm prepared for next time :)

I was 129 last week and 130 this week so I only gained a pound from having 4 splurge days...Im also changing my maintenance range from 125-135 to 125-130 and I'm hoping to get down to 125 which I haven't done yet!!!

That shorter range will be no problem to you. 125 is definitely NOT out of your reach.

I'm doing the happy dance!!! They are playing Christmas music on XM radio :)<3:)

I don't usually start listening to it this early but this year is different and It lifts my spirits o:) We don't have much money this year for presents so we are only buying 1 gift for each of our 3 grandchildren (because they matter the most) and the other family members will hopefully understand <3

I 100% agree...I could care less about the gifts...Id rather have everyone all together and do the other fun traditions (MOST OF WHICH INVOLVE FOOOOOD! :p)

Anyone in here have any fun/out-of-the-ordinary holiday traditions?! :)

We usually carol in the neighborhood and give away a small loaf of banana bread or something to those we visit.

I love playing Handel's Messiah very loud!

I usually smoke a large pork loin! YUM YUM! I also do jalapeno poppers: halved cleaned jalapeno peppers filled with cream cheese and bacon bits topped off with a shrimp (I precook the jalapenos and broil after assembly to heat them up)! YUM YUM YUM! I also like making candy but since I'm dieting not sure about that. I sometimes make divinity, pecan log rolls, and toffee of various flavors. My wife makes a lot of different pies. Sometimes we roast walnut halves with some savory seasoning on them and those are great! No wonder I got fat!

Yea!!! I love venison. Do you help him butcher it? :) I do all my own butchering, I'm too cheap to pay someone to do that.
