    Day 2/100
Today I had some trouble in my practice, with my RA wrists. I really hope that this doesn't aggravate them too much, but instead brings me some flexibility. Day 2 seemed more than a day apart form day one, in that it was more difficult for me. If it continues to progress quickly, then I may have to repeat days before I advance. Is it just me?

I have bad wrists too and an instructor once told me to spread my fingers wider and move my weight from my wrists further up to the joints of my palms. It's helped. And repeating days is not a bad thing at all - your practice is yours.

I didn't check in for day 2, but it was a little more difficult. I had to modify a lot because of my knee.

Day 3 was a longer video. I had a lot of difficulty with the supported bridge pose near the end for some reason. I think I just need to be patient and wait for my shoulders to loosen up. :)

    Day 4/100 ✔️
    ________________

Today I did shorter sequence, my body is totally sore from other activities, so I choose easier poses for today.

    Great job everyone! :)

Day 4: Yoga for Psoas with Adriene. Stretching my quads more is a must. You don't know how tight you are until you go out of your "normal" range of motion. So far so good.

Day 3 of 100 did ok. Went with simple poses I am not very balanced so I stick to easy poses till I get better. I tried doing I forget the name something tree and could not hold it for even a second before I almost fell.

Day 4 -- I got a bolster from Little Worries Yoga. It was pretty interesting. I did a bunch of poses without it--warriors, sun salutations, childs poses, cats and cows, then I used the bolster to jack up my hips while I did that inversion where you lay with your legs up the wall, then I did these back bends over the bolster, then I laid on it like lengthwise, down my spine. Loved it all. Worked on balance too.

4/100 was very short due to lack of time but I did a few good poses to keep my body loose

Day 5: 30 minute Adriene video. Noticed all those pushups I've been doing (for another challenge) are helping me with holding poses on my arms. Still a novice for sure. That's why they call it "practicing" yoga. There's always more growth to be had.

Day 6, no formal DVD. Just flowed through a few poses on a busy day. More time tomorrow, so I'll do a nice long session. Looking forward to it!

@jackienorrie Nice to have you back with us! :) Don't worry about the length, it will come with time. If you do a single pose, trying to be there in the moment, doing it the best you can - it's awesome!

    Day 7/100 ✔️

Today I had half an hour of some kind of mixed yoga - dance session. It was really great. I did some real yoga poses together with some improvised moves that felt good. I put the slow music on and just let my body lead to what felt right and relaxing.
I am not sure if I would be able to recreate it, but it felt super good :)

    @strongerbytheday @SheilaCali @carlsoda Great work ladies!

Day 7: session with Adriene. Noticed how my lower back needed that cat/cow. I really felt the tension during the cow section- ooh. I've been doing a lot of pushups lately, so my low back is tired. Now onto planks...

Forgot to log in yesterday 6/100...not sure about today though I will try and easy routine. But I just walk almost 2 hours total after bus took me as far as it could getting to and from doctors back to bus stop. 10631 steps in the rain. I know sounds crazy but you gatta do what you gatta do when you have no car and no one can help. Its feels good getting over 10000 steps though i don't get past 1000-3000 depending on the day. My legs hurt I may try easy stretching yoga.

Day 8: too much time spent on my arms lately, so held some warrior poses until my feet hurt. I've got plantar fasciitis in both feet, and even child's pose hurts (which is supposed to be super relaxing). Not my best day physically, but hoping the other 92 days bring relief and even added strength.

    Day 8/100 ✔️

Yesterday's yoga was extra short due to a day that has just flied away in a blink of an eye :) But I did a short sequence, and I plan to do a longer one today. :)

    Great work girls!
