    Days: 38, 39 and 40 - just did some simple poses due to lack of time (boo!) but I will be back at it today. I have really noticed that I sleep and feel so much better if I have a good practice every day. I am not as achy and definitely sleep deeper (because I am not in pain) :)

    All good. Lost two trees. Power went out 11a.m. yesterday & was back on by 9a.m. today. We were fortunate . . . AGAIN <3o:):)

    Carlsoda, I'm so glad yoga's been helping you sleep better. My right hip has gotten a little better, so I can sleep on it a bit. The getting comfy part is still tough. MissMiami, so glad you've made it through- still a long road ahead.

    My back quit on me a couple of nights ago, and now it's TOM. I celebrated 2 days of not working out by eating some plum and nectarine crisp. It had nuts and oats, so it was better for me than some things. It rocked, and I don't feel guilty. Did some poses though, as I'm really tight- more than usual. It's been great to use yoga as a cooldown after a workout. I think I'll keep doing that long after the "100 days" as it just makes sense.

    Sheila, I'll also keep up with this long after the 100 days. It needs to become something I do for the rest of my life. Gosh it sure makes me feel better!

    Glad you made it Miami! Hope the fresh water and food situation is ok for you. That would be the part I would worry about this most!

    Happy Day 50 everyone! I think it's 50? I've been pretty faithful, except this past week on vacation, when I probably needed it most. All of the walking really tightens me up. Great idea with the hip opener routines- I'll plan one for tomorrow. Great to see you still logging in so much Carlsoda and MiamiSeoul. I did more poses after my workout, and man I sure needed it. These creative stretches help so much!
