@Just_Ceci: Breathtaking photos! Med level is back to normal. Yippee!
@Janet: Sorry that you missed out on your race. You are wise to recognize when to call it. I know so many runners that don't and wind up paying for it. Good girl! Hope you feel better soon.
Nov. 5 and 6: Adding 22 miles of walking and running. Spent four hours behind a leaf vac yesterday. Got some serious running miles in as well. Good by fall and hello freezing.....

@JTH11706 - that must be so disappointing for you. But as @anaconda said - you are a strong woman and next year you’ll rock the NYM. In the meantime, get well!
The same goes for you @Dave ....
@vhuber - your weather amazes me. You seem to have gone straight from months of drought to snow!!
Actually it's that they finally put the fires out so it go cold in here. We should hit 8 degrees for a low this morning here in the Flathead.0 -

Adding 7 miles for 38 out of 200. 2" of snow was more difficult to get through than I thought. HR was up over 160 in about 3/4 of a mile. Never did get below 145 on the way to work. Thank goodness it was 21 degrees outside. It kept me more cool than I would have been.3 -

I must be early. Not a lot to update yet. I managed to survive working yesterday and am back for more again today. I'm still coughing, just not as much. Still taking it super easy so I don't backslide.
Hope everyone has a wonderful hump day today! You're roughly halfway through the week!
Something I have been feeling lately and have needed to start repeating to myself...

Adding another 7 miles for 45 out of 200. Crashed on the way home. Tried to ride through a snow berm and my tire stuck in the berm. Stopped dead in my tracks and fell over. Pride was wounded more than anything else since it was next to a busy road. Laughing about it now. Must have looked hilarious to the people driving by.0 -
