    @ Dean, I cry inside EVERY time I read where we lose one of our fur babies! They become like our kids & it's tough. If it makes you feel a little better to know I hurt inside right along with you! HUGS!!

    I've been moving my @ss but not all that many miles since posting last. 32 miles & they came from on foot, the elliptical & the ex bike.
    See ya all in DECEMBER!!! Can you BELIEVE it? DECEMBER?? The YEAR seemed to have flown by!!!

    Thanks everyone for the kind words. They do help. I help so many people get through needing to put their own pets down but I seem to be helpless at helping myself. Maybe as I get back to exercising it will help.

    .. complete out the month slightly above target! Good month over all as moved way more than last month!!! Plus I was sidelined for almost 2 weeks due to illness and injury so not too bad! Let’s hope for a good December!
