Yeah @Dean my get up and go has kinda came back. No rain today, got myself ready to take the big bike out today. Should have checked outside instead of the weather. It was so foggy (and lasted all day) that see and be see would not have worked. So better safe than sorry.

11/15 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (just another day on the hamster wheel)
11/16 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (another fine wet and cold day, good thing for mr turbo)
11/17 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (let 'er rip today, torque and big ring work)
11/18 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (a tired puppy today, next week, med reduction #2, there goes sleep)

    Total: 372.0 miles

Got in 1.5 from the elliptical as a warm up to my weight lifting workout today. Then the rest of the day I made Thanksgiving dinner for my 2 sons, their family & one of their buddies. A busy day but worth it!

Congratulations to clepant on making goal!

No worries about the ticker. It always seems to catch up before Dave or 1 get here to update.

Sad news here. My beautiful male black lab died suddenly tonight. I guess it was a heart attack. It was quick. We are all in shock. Best dog ever.

I am so sorry about your fur baby. I am sending {{{{{hugs}}}}} to you all. It is hard losing a pet so suddenly. We are here for you.

@Leanz - wine and bling .... what’s not to like. Well done!
@JTH11701 - fab work on the 10 miler. I’m so sorry about the loss of your bla ck lab [hugs]
@Dave - don’t suppose you fancy popping over to sort out my garage (which is way smaller than any American one)
@Clepant - I’m perpetually in awe of what you achieve .... forgive yourself, you’re allowed to slow down when you have health issues (you didn’t give up)
@anaconda469 - you’re an immensely strong woman and an inspiration - glad your mojo has crept back a little.
Absolutely loving the images - both the inspirational and the humorous
