    11/15 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (just another day on the hamster wheel)
    11/16 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (another fine wet and cold day, good thing for mr turbo)

    Total: 326.0 miles

    I went to the gym and did a really good stretch, then my lifting circuit for the first time back at the gym so I only did 1 set of each machine, then finished off with 5 not-too-hard miles on the bike.

    At last the weekend. I need to pick four days into two. Just too much to get done and so little time. I feel like I lost a whole month of school due to my med issues and now I am desperately playing catch up.
    Oct. 16 and 17:Adding 24 miles of walking 14 miles and running 5 miles and cycling 5 miles
    TTD: 190 miles

    @clepant, you're always sooo busy that you make me feel stressed with all that you do!!
    @Dave, glad you are feeling better! I'd love your sayings on our gym wall!!!

    I took the furries for a 1mile walk today & then rode ex bike for12 miles. I do think my heel is getting better but the day after leading fitness class it is a bit sore so I kind of pamper it a little bit!

    @Just_Ceci - Hope all went well with the surgery. My FIL had that done almost 20 years ago and is still doing quite well.

    @Dave - Glad to hear you getting back in the swing of things. Remember to take it slow and purposeful. Don't induce a relapse.

    @Susan - Sorry to hear your get up and go, got up and went. Hopefully a change in weather brings it back.

    I did a 10 mile run this morning. It's the first long run I've done since I got sick a month ago. Hooray!
