Two bike rides since my last checkin, 13.11 on Friday and 23.75 on Sunday.
Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. Pop is recovering at home with a few complications, but nothing major. My husband and I are tag teaming so someone is at the house with them all the time, since Ma isn't able to take care of Pop and herself.0 -

You don't realize how much a 110 hour shift wipes you out until you get back on the bike. Not going to make goal this month but I'll work on getting rested and ease back into next month.2

Yikes Dean! How does one get through a 110 hour shift? I can't even begin to wrap my head around it. I have done about four days in a row with about 3 hours sleep per night and that was due to my med overdosing. It was brutal. I almost went off the road twice while driving, I think you are in competition with Santa Claus. Get some rest1 -
