Almost done with week 2. New job stress is pretty high, I always hate the feeling of not knowing what I'm doing and this is a lot different. Had a good day today with doing some phone call triage and that was the part that scared me the most. Need to do a lot more to feel comfortable but that was a decent hurdle.
Managed 1 mile this morning. Laps before class, then the joy of "partner pulls" - your partner puts the resistance band around his/her waist, then runs and you try to slow them down. Then it's your turn. One lap around the track seems like miles, especially when your tiny partner who barely breaks 100 lbs is way stronger than she looks. Thought it was one lap each, but no, it ended up being two.

I went to the gym and did a really good stretch, then my lifting circuit for the first time back at the gym so I only did 1 set of each machine, then finished off with 5 not-too-hard miles on the bike.
