Belated Happy Veteran’s Day to any and all Veteran’s on here. My dad is a double purple heart recipient of World War 2. He was one of 18 men in his unit of 144 that survived the battle of Sugar Loaf Hill on Okinawa. Only six were not wounded.
Sorry I have been MIA. My internet went down and I have been putting long hours at work. Last If someone would ask me 30years ago that I would be required to do this much work just to teach health and PE to kids, I would have quit.
Adding 62 miles for Nov. 7 - 11 which consisted of walking, running and some stationary bike, gutter cleaning, balancing on roof eves, lawn vacing and rescuing baby rabbit off road.
TTD: 122 miles
I am glad to see some of you are getting better,
@anaconda469 Hope you are hanging in there. You are an awesome lady and you have accomplished much.
@Dean: I am visualizing the snow berm and thinking of this photo.

@sufferlandrian - oh no, so sorry you're not well now!
@clepant - hilarious photo. Sorry you've been forced to be MIA. Impressive about your dad being in Okinawa.
@lamlam2013 - we're here whenever you have time to update. Glad you're still with us.
As for me, I'm finally back in the green with 30/75 following last night's bike ride, this morning's ride, and a short dog walk. Happy to be back in my Florida church this morning where there was a very moving Veteran's service and a wonderful brass band played the National Hymn.1 -

After all this stuff, Dr wants to make another 0.5 mg cut to the meds soon. I just want to get this over with, but we have to move slow. That will make 1.0 mg out of 2.0 mg Clonazepam cut. Thank goodness I have cycling/trainer which helps immensely.
11/08 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (AA 6 year clean & sober coin received tonight. Proud of that)
11/09 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (but this med removal has its unpleasant moments)
11/10 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (but this med removal has its unpleasant moments, like bad today)
11/11 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (have never felt so tired, cycling is keeping me in check)
11/12 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer
Total: 256.0 miles

@clepant - LOL That's just about what it looked like. I didn't get my back wheel that high so after it dropped I just fell over sideways. I thought I was going over to start though.1

Did the Insane Inflatable 5k on Saturday with a couple of friends (one of whom has 2 new knees!). If there is one nearby, I whole heartedly suggest you do it if you can. Think big @ss bouncy houses for adults. Lots of fun!2 -
3 mile run this morning puts me at 33/75. That should keep me in the green.1

@DEAN - Sorry to hear you're coming down with the crud! Hope it passes quicker than what I had!
@JANET - Glad you've passed through to the healthy side again! I think I can safely say I'm there too! I was able to manage some activity this weekend without it wiping me out so...onward! Yes, you are safely in the green now too!
@LISAH8969 - That does look fun! I looked and they had one in July here in Minneapolis so I'll keep an eye out for it this coming year! Thanks for the tip! :drinker:

I only got in 1/2 a mile today walking for mail. It was sooo nice out that I wanted to go farther but I had to lead an hour tabata class tonight and wanted to save my heel for that! My class went really well & I had lots of thank you's for kicking their butts!!! LOL I think my heel is getting better. I think....
