    Actually it's that they finally put the fires out so it go cold in here. We should hit 8 degrees for a low this morning here in the Flathead.

    Adding 1 mile at a time. Although I did walk 23 patients from the waiting room to the three furthest rooms in the office. I may have to start logging those.

    11/02 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (kinda out of sorts today, not a good day)
    11/03 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (I will be glad when this med change is over)
    11/04 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (went to my grandson's birthday party, ate way to many sweets)
    11/05 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (roast turkey dinner @ my friends house, really needed to burn it off)
    11/06 - 02.0 walk at the river
    11/07 - 24.0 miles turbo trainer (I will be glad when this med change is over, really glad)

    Total: 141.0 miles

    Adding 2 mile out of 200. Only 198 to go. :smile:

    Adding 15 miles for 17 out of 200.

    Adding 2 miles for 19 out of 200.

    Adding 12 miles for 31 out of 200.

    Adding 7 miles for 38 out of 200. 2" of snow was more difficult to get through than I thought. HR was up over 160 in about 3/4 of a mile. Never did get below 145 on the way to work. Thank goodness it was 21 degrees outside. It kept me more cool than I would have been.

    I must be early. Not a lot to update yet. :) I managed to survive working yesterday and am back for more again today. I'm still coughing, just not as much. Still taking it super easy so I don't backslide. :+1:

    Hope everyone has a wonderful hump day today! You're roughly halfway through the week!

    Adding another 7 miles for 45 out of 200. Crashed on the way home. Tried to ride through a snow berm and my tire stuck in the berm. Stopped dead in my tracks and fell over. Pride was wounded more than anything else since it was next to a busy road. Laughing about it now. Must have looked hilarious to the people driving by. :smile:
