I think the crud is going around. Congestion, coughing up stuff and general blah feeling. I do feel better after 2 turbo sessions during the day, maybe its because I am sweating out stuff, but that does wear off eventually.
11/08 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (AA 6 year clean & sober coin received tonight. Proud of that)

@vhuber - go slowly ..... the heel has been known to bite back when you’ve thought it was improved.
@anaconda469 - there are some good remedies suggested here - but it may take time to shift .... patience is essential.

Almost done with week 2. New job stress is pretty high, I always hate the feeling of not knowing what I'm doing and this is a lot different. Had a good day today with doing some phone call triage and that was the part that scared me the most. Need to do a lot more to feel comfortable but that was a decent hurdle.
Managed 1 mile this morning. Laps before class, then the joy of "partner pulls" - your partner puts the resistance band around his/her waist, then runs and you try to slow them down. Then it's your turn. One lap around the track seems like miles, especially when your tiny partner who barely breaks 100 lbs is way stronger than she looks. Thought it was one lap each, but no, it ended up being two.
