You're still kickin' butt, Tracey! Love the updates and the pics. I've gotta get in the swing of taking photos of my meals... I feel like it adds a layer of accountability to know that I have to share everything that I shove into my mouth, haha.0

Well I didn't do the water fast but instead opted for a low calorie dinner. Pictured below along with the MFP calorie count. I weighed myself before eating and was 156.0 so I am thinking even with this meal I can be 155 or below in the morning.
Small plate meal of 1 air fried chicken wing, cabbage, potatoes au gratin, and chocolate kale shake. Not pictured 1 Ferrero rocher chocolate

I think things are easier to resist when you're in active weight loss mode. For me when i get too comfortable and pretty happy with what I look like (like now), it's harder to say no to whatever (for me, usually a lunchtime drink when out with friends on the weekends, which never ends well...).0

Thanks everyone. I am glad I opted for the small meal, but I did go to bed huuungry and woke up huuuuuungry. I am so glad today is a free/splurge day. I had breakfast, will most likely skip lunch and have dinner. We are also taking the boys to see Black Panther in 3D today (My husband and I saw it regular so 3D should be interesting) so I am pretty positive I will have some nachos at the movie theater.5

Today will be the biggest of my 3 splurge days. I have a Prayer Breakfast I am attending tomorrow so I will enjoy the breakfast but may keep it light the rest of the day and Sunday I will probably just do one meal after Church.2

Thanks ladies. I really enjoyed my splurge days and am now looking forward to my OMAD days. With my weight being at 159.6 (So happy I stayed below 160) this morning, I thought of doing a water fast today but I am not sold on it yet. I may just do my OMAD meal today and see where I am Thursday morning and if I am not where I'd like, I will to the water fast on Thursday.0

Today's OMAD meal. I had a few additional wing pieces.
Salad, Salt & Vinegar wings (total of 6), 2 air fryer wings, zucchini bread, chocolate kale shake.
