I'm starting to really dig through weather reports. I think we may have our first Christmas without snow since I left Florida back in 2004. Does putting up Christmas lights count as exercise? There's a lot of grunting and cursing involved.2

12/02 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (a down day, not able to visit my son due to snowstorm in the pass)
12/03 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (there is a huge moon out tonight, its freezing out, no clouds)
12/04 - 01.0 walk at the river
12/05 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (sunny and beautiful, but freezing & icy roads, bummer)
12/06 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (wind coming from the Cascades, boy it suddenly got very cold)

Thank you to the person who invented my tape. It is what holds me together. When I die, the funeral director will need to remove tons of it and body parts will probably off.
Dec. 6: Adding 13 miles today as the artic blast rips through. Even my cancer pup did not linger long outside tonight.

I’m feeling quite slothful. I’ve been so tired since I did my 10m race ... perhaps I need to remember that I’m 63 at the year end! The weather is also the wet, damp stuff that seeps into your marrow and makes you want to hunker down.
@kar328 - I’m glad the insurance is picking up the cost of being rear ended, not a nice experience at all. I hope you don’t suffer as a consequence. DOMS from such an impressive deadlift is allowed though.
@JTH11706 - I don’t envy 15m, I’m in awe. Although I am threatening to run/walk a the Liverpool Rock&Roll Half next spring .... but only if I book onto it before NYE when the price goes up.
@sufferlandrian - I think, if you dig deep enough into the MFP database, you may find “Christmas decoration hanging” .... after all it does have some seriously weird stuff in there2 -

Had to go to an all day class for work, but managed to roam the halls at lunch and got about 1000 steps in until the pattern on the carpet started making me dizzy. Between that and pre HIIT laps 1.2 miles
