@clepant I agree, it's great for accountability. She's got access to my diary here so I see her face when I log something (she's cool though, I bought Girl Scout cookies from her this year). I also have PCOS, lift heavy and am in my 50s, so the standard stuff you read doesn't always apply to me and the expert help is needed.
@sufferlandrian Thanks. I'm fine. I had a headache when I got to work the next day (skipped my HIIT class just in case), but that was it. I deadlifted 135 lbs this morning, so any soreness now gets blamed on my trainer My car damage came to $2500 and happily the other insurance company isn't trying to argue about any of it.
Trying my dietician's advice and took a walk when I got home from work. Just 1 mile but it should have burned some fat and it helped clear my head.

12/02 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (a down day, not able to visit my son due to snowstorm in the pass)
12/03 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (there is a huge moon out tonight, its freezing out, no clouds)
12/04 - 01.0 walk at the river
12/05 - 23.0 miles turbo trainer (sunny and beautiful, but freezing & icy roads, bummer)

I'm starting to really dig through weather reports. I think we may have our first Christmas without snow since I left Florida back in 2004. Does putting up Christmas lights count as exercise? There's a lot of grunting and cursing involved.2
