So I just had to tell you how my inspiralized veggies turned out. Not bad, considering I forgot to take off the safety plastic when I spiralized the zucchini and yellow squash and onion. Seriously? YES!

I made skinny strips of red yellow and orange bell peppers along with the above. Freshly minced garlic made it...and the pepper flakes. Sauteed in a bit of EVOO and a touch of salt.
Will try again for dinner adding a spiralized sweet potato and apple, along with the squash. Sounds good.

*I've discovered I can buy a small rotisserie chicken at Publix (pretty tasty, even with the skin removed), cut it up so it makes 4 meals easy-peasy.

Well, so far, I have blasted through my orange/carrot/beet juice...two HB eggs...and working on my green drink.
Tuna and apple left...there is a Noosa in the little fridge here if I get too hungry. I need to bring more rations for days this long at work.
Started at 146.4 on March 20th. Today's weigh in 143.2
I need to get to 130 and then I need to get to 125 since I am pretty sure I lost two inches when I had back surgery.

Sounds like you are doing great.
I'm plugging along on SB, trying to take off the 2 lbs. I gained from all the baked goods people kept sending/bringing. It will come off. I'm just grateful it wasn't more. Before SB, it would have been.

We made up. Phew. I hate being at odds with anyone...makes my tummy hurt. Peaceful, calm now.
I have cameras set up (Canary brand) in the house to watch Lulu. She is in a pen...so I see when the puppy sitter arrives and how she takes care of her. Today she only visited once. Now Lulu is just playing with her toys and letting out a few howls, letting everyone know she is ready for me to come home. Just less than 8 hours to go.

Today is going to be a make-do day of eating. I can't go marketing, and I'm out of spinach and lettuce. I think for lunch I will have a sweet potato and plain FF yogurt with a clementine, maybe some broccoli with that for greens. For dinner, I'll have scallops and a vegetable, along with my Dave's Killer thin bread and pistachios.1
