    Ugh. Well. Definately shocked my body today with McDonalds. First time in months. I feel so sluggish now. Hopefully volleyball tonight will help.

    It's Friday, and I know weekends are tough, different routine, but we can do this!!

    Food is definitely my favorite F-word, and I won't let it win, even on the weekends!!

    Had Thursday off- bad eating day calorie wise but had fun. It’s all relative- wasn’t crazy over just a bit. That’s a success right there

    Day/Goals:Up nearly 3lb over last weeks weigh in, with less than 24 hrs to go, pretty dissapointed as I've not had a lazy week or eaten over budget. Consistent 1600cal days with one 1800 day early in the week. All of which should be way under the BMR of a guy my size. I suppose my body is handling an injury.. But really body, 3lb for crying out loud.

    That's how my body is handling the back strain, it added a few lbs, to be fair, I did eat a lot on Tuesday, but yeah. I eat well under my BMR and then exercise on top of it, my body is just stubborn....maybe yours is too

    I did not hit my personal step goal thursday at 7000. So I am going to keep my goal today at 7000 every though I doubt it will have today before I will be in a car for a total of 6 hours today. Have a great day everyone!
