I did not hit my personal step goal wednesday at 7000. Actually I probably did but didn't realize my watch died about 6:00 and it last showed 6176 steps so I can't prove it to myself lol. So I am going to keep my goal today at 7000. Have a great day everyone!

Congrats on not only hitting your step goal but for setting achievable short term goals for yourself

When I need a chocolate fix, and I do sometimes, I eat lilys dark chocolate chips, they're low in carbs and sugar (not sugar free as chocolate isn't completely sugar free) and help curb my chocolate cravings. I find these either on Amazon or there is one grocery store near me that carries them, but they're a great chocolate snack Lilys Dark Chocolate Chips I always keep some in the house. I use them in cookies, but also to snack on if I'm really needing a quick chocolate fix.

I think there are also chocolate bars made by Lily's, but I've never tried them before.

You know, there's nothing really bad about the occasional choc treat, as long as it's in your calorie budget and not just an extra treat on top. A milk choc bar is made from Cocoa solids, Milk solids and sugar. I usually do what AB0215 does and leave out the milk and sugar in favor of enjoying the cocoa solids on their own. And if I really crave milk choc, I seek out a little choc flavored protein bar like this one. I don't know the brands they sell in your neck of the woods, but I'm sure there will be something similar.

Calories- right on the money after being super low all day- I just ate a cinnamon roll fat bomb to bring me up to 1400 calories!!
Exercise- yes- day 3 of 21 day fix- it was lower body day and OMG was still so sore from yesterday I have no idea how I finished it! I cannot wait until the soreness goes away!
Water- ehh, could be better but I was more mindful in filling up my glass more than usual!

Oh and- BIG day for me today- I was 199.8 this morning!!!! I am finally in One-derland ❤️ Why this couldn’t have happened yesterday on my “official” weigh in day- I don’t know!!! Such is life...

    Weigh in day: Saturday
    Previous Week's Weight: 189.3 lbs

Not a great week, I'm blaming TOM, but I should be blaming my lack of will power this week. I ate way more than I should have.
