I'm surprisingly happy about this, I managed to actually post a loss (sadly of only .9lbs) for June and I am finally headed in the direction I want to go, even though it took so long. But it's really encouraging to see the scale finally doing what I want it to do.3 -

I’ve been eating so much for no reason. I’m not even hungry. I just can’t stop. I’ve gained so much weight this week.

Cheat day yesterday- had my 4 year old daughter’s kiddie birthday party with pretzel dogs, mini soft pretzels, popcorn, watermelon and cupcakes- a carb lovers galore!!! I am just proud I stopped at one cupcake yesterday and today!

Well, that's dissapointing to finish up at the end of the month. Honestly, I think this has been my most frustrating month since I began.
After long and careful thought, I've decided to take a break from the group. I just have too much going on in my head and in my world generally. I'm struggling in between stable patterns and ultimately, I need to let some things go in order to stay calm and manage stress levels. I've decided to let go of losing weight for a bit and focus on continuing to get fit and hold firm at the weight I'm at while I settle into a whole new lifestyle. I've been in the Slimsons for 9 months, and the group has been of enormous benefit, helping with accountability and just sharing my journey with others working towards similar goals.
I'm determined to stay in touch with the friends I've added on MFP and I'm not finished my journey, so once I feel capable of pushing to lose more, I will be back.
Big thanks to all the ladies from the Fitbit stepping group. Sadly my fitbit charge has just fallen to bits. And a big thanks to Ashley for being a great team leader and supportive team mate.
Have a great July everyone, I'll be thinking of you.
