@ssssanaaaa Right there with ya.. Pretty sure my weigh will be a bit up again this week too. Time to dig in the heels and get moving in the right direction again.

Yeah I'm right there too! I can't figure out what my issue is. I've lost my mojo
I'm tired. I'm guessing it's work related, because it certainly isn't workout related. I decided to sleep in this morning. I slept until almost 8 - can't remember the last time I did that. I did a short run this afternoon, but then skipped the weights - just didn't have it in me and I'm hoping to run at least 8 tomorrow. I think at this point I'm just trying to get through one day at a time until the end of the school year.

Today we are celebrating my daughters first birthday. There will be no dieting today. Lol4

I will do a double daily post. Lol
Yesterday I took a day off. I didn’t wear my Fitbit. Ate not horrible but not great. Had wine. Had ice cream. Very busy prepping for my daughters first bday. We went to the park and ran around with my sons.
It was fun. What was odd was I kept glancing at my wrist. Checking on my steps. Forgetting I had no tracker on. I kept pushing myself to move. I found myself wanting to go for a jog or go to the gym. I felt restless. I think I may have gotten my mental groove back. Although today I will track I am not too concerned about calories. My daughters birth was what put me on this road and I plan on celebrating today. I will post some pics later. Have a great Sunday folks.2 -

Due to a super busy schedule, I ate out almost every single day this week. Dinner meetings, conference lunches etc... I didn't track and I think I basically just took a week off. I of course stayed keto and stuck to keto friendly foods, but I didn't log calories. I'm pleasantly surprised that I didn't gain!
I resolve to track, intermittent fast, and get my steps in this week. I can't just slack off now because I hit a milestone! Onwards and downwards...
