The time I go to bed could use some improvement. On average this week I got in bed at 10:12 pm, which isn't great since I get up at 5.1 -

Slept late because I was up late. I really need to change my habits to going to bed earlier and falling asleep quicker! It's okay on a weekend if I sleep in, but it's not an option during the week.
Goal tonight is to be in bed, unplugged, by 9pm and sleeping by 10:30 at the latest.1 -

I slept 7:49 and I am so happy. I feel so rested. Sleeping Naked now and it had helped a lot with the hotflashes too.

Sorry I haven't been posting. The heat has been terrible, and I have not been getting much sleep. Our A.C. can't keep up with it. I did try sleeping on the floor on my yoga mat. That would work for about 2 hours.
Fortunately, the weather is moderating. And it is supposed to be nice in Paris2 -

6hr 57min last night. 6hr 34min of that was quality sleep, so, that's a pretty high percentage of good sleep with a total of 3hrs 28min of deep sleep.
Feeling a little tired though. I seriously considered trying to get one more sleep cycle in, but I was too alert. Maybe I'll take a nap this afternoon.2
