Went to a covered dish get together tonight. It would have been very difficult/next to impossible to have logged calories correctly. So I decided to just enjoy the evening and not worry about logging. I did, however, still exercise appropriate discernment with my quantity and choices.4 -

Was it a planned off day, or did it just end up that way? If you start the day off with exercise, than no matter what else happens, you have worked out!!!0 -

That's the way to do it!!! There is no way to know exactly what you are eating, so just enjoy everything in moderation, and have fun at your function!!!0 -

I am so relieved that you are feeling better, even if you still have a nasty cough! You were sick for a while... And the bonus with that water weight coming off, is that you have a really excellent shot of being week #4"s winner!! Good idea to start walking again and slowly increasing your daily steps!!1 -

I began this journey at 262 pounds. While I’ve tried many many times in the past, doing different programs including using MFP a few years ago, something clicked this time. I have been completely motivated to continue to my goal. At this point I am .4 pounds away!!
I am so excited and proud of where I am now and how far I’ve come. I am now ready for the next step: maintenance. With that, this will be my last week in the challenge. I need to start changing my thinking from losing weight to holding steady.
I want to thank you all for the support this group has provided. I’ll still be around this week for the mini challenge and to cheer you all on.
Good luck to you all in August!!4
