Excercise: yes, 20 minutes of yoga, and at night we went to see the Philadelphia Orchestra in the park so lots of walking up and down hills
I barely made my calories. In honesty, I let the weigh in this morning drag me down and I ate a cheesesteak for lunch. I decided to do yoga to burn some of it off. And I didn’t snack today cause I didn’t want to break my streak. Came in 2 calories under. And I actually didn’t enter the walk in the park, so it may have been a little better than that

You should be very proud of yourself! Naturally, you were a little bummed about your weigh-in, but you pulled yourself together before it was too late!! That takes a huge amount of willpower!! And you kept your streak alive!!0 -

Ugh I deserved to get slapped with a big gain after my “week off” last week- I’ve been on track this week, so hopefully I can’t get back down for week 1 of August!

Wow!! You brought a scale camping with you! Why not?! Camping really is all about relaxing, unwinding, unplugging, enjoying the beauty and simplicity of nature and the outdoors, and spending quality time with your camping companion(s). In short, getting away from it all! It doesn't have to be all about the s'mores and the beers around the campfire!! It can be....but it doesn't have to be!! Well done!!!1 -

I was a bit shocked. I felt like I lost some weight but the scale says otherwise. Maybe I am retaining some fluid since I'm on my cycle. Hope to lose more in August.0 -

You are probably right, so don't despair!! You didn't gain, so that's a plus!! Focus on doing everything right, again, this week and the scales will reward you with a loss to start August!!

Puppy and I went to Aloha in the Park today. Walked and walked and walked and then tried the hula class. Yes you can laugh. It is a lot harder than it looks and it looks hard. Then we tried the Tai Chi class and that is harder than it looks also.3 -
