Exercise: Yes- 18 min walk & 37 minute cardio & 5 mins of squats
Goals/day: Tried a new workout on YouTube- by fitness blender, fat burning cardio. It was tough, halfway through it I wanted to quit lol but I pushed myself. Loved it though. The exercises I have been doing have gotten too easy so needed to step it up.

Great job pushing through it. And, its great that you need to increase what you are doing - shows true progress! Oh - and chips with salsa... YES PLEASE!!! We have a little restaurant that has that too - before they bring you the meal. There have been times I fill up on that and can't even eat what I ordered!!!

Some people like to meal prep weekly. I tried, but didn't work for me. Now, I just prep my meals for the next day. Works great for me. Super happy you are going to do that!

Soooo...
Decided I wanted to get something in since I had a few off days with food. Went to the gym - yes the gym! Did my walk/jog. I said let me try something.... Walked for 5 minutes (0.17 miles). Started jogging... didn't pay attention... was watching my Hulu. Looked down... the display read 65.... uh... yea... I just jogged NONSTOP for 60 freakin' minutes. Cooled down another 5. Added in my head... that 60 minute jog - 4.1 miles... Total distance was 4.44...
O M G - I just jogged a mile more than a 5K...
Sorry if all these posts about me running gets on anyone's nerves. I just know how far I have come... and I want to share it with the WORLD!!8 -
