I was sick last week and got thrown off of my half-marathon training schedule. I went running last night, my first distance run since being sick, and managed 8 miles. Even after stretching, I am still a bit sore, but proud!
I am in Florida and not sure how long I will have power or Internet with that hurricane coming. I will check back in as soon as I can! Have a great day, everyone!5 -

OK, team! Sorry for not being around the last few days. Man - when life throws things your way, and doesn't stop.... I will hopefully be able to go through and read your posts and respond the best I can. My laptop crashed, and I am using an ollllllllllllld laptop now. Wish there were an "occulous repairous" spell, but for laptops.
Anyway, they made changes to our firewall at work, and MFP is blocked now. BOOOOOO! So, I don't have the ability to respond throughout the day as I did before. Will have to get creative.
I have been struggling this week for sure. Between the wedding and the shenanigans, I am up 2 pounds. Was up 3 yesterday and 5 Monday morning. I know in my heart that it is temporary, as I did not eat over 17,000 calories above my maintenance level. But it IS frustrating me for some reason. Most times, I say oh well, and deal with it, but this time its getting to me.
I have been so busy, I haven't been able to get any walking or jogging in, which isn't helping. Tried to get a little walk in during lunch yesterday, but got called back for an "emergency rush ship order". Yeah...
Anyway, that's my rant. I will try to get some replies in today - I did get everyone's weight thus far. Thanks! Happy Hump Day!5 -
