Exercise: 3.4 miles jog/walk
Well... I can't believe it. A few months ago, I couldn't walk one lap around my park without getting tired. A few weeks ago, I was able to go 2 laps (1 mile). 2 weeks ago I went 3 laps (1.5 miles). A few days ago, I went 4 - 2 whole miles, jogging, non-stop. I thought that was great. Well, today, at my sons soccer practice, I jogged 2.5 miles NONSTOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!7 -

Goals/day: it was my daughter's 3rd birthday so a great day! My goal is to not go over 1200 calories this week. My goal for the month is to get under 200 lbs. I'm 5lbs away so I can do it!3 -

Goals/day: Good day, got my 2 miles of walking in. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but it is for me. Started a new squat routine I found on YouTube also, its only 5 minutes long but boy does it work!1 -

It's ok... family for me will always be the priority. Maybe find ways to incorporate a little exercise within those duties? Although sometimes it just doesn't work! Great attitude - today IS a new day!!1 -
